The large pale buildings at the 0:50 mark are the freaky, dystopian hellscape known as The Brooklyn Army Terminal.

They don't build them like BAT anymore. These buildings were designed to withstand war and now utilized to provide small business craftsmen affordable spaces to rent. NYC real estate is very limited and expensive.
