really great work here, very informative and helped me understand why you used each paint/product. will be following this tutorial for the munitorum container as i have 4 to paint up from an old kill team set! liked and subscribed, thanks again! look forward to more videos :)
Lovely work mate, the model looks amazing! Personally I use a scale modelling trick for rusty metallic surfaces that's super easy and actually really effective, would work especially well here because of the grey base colour too! Starting from a grey base coat, sponge on a bit of dark brown (vallejo german camo black brown or chocolate brown are good, citadel alternative would be rhinox hide, dont know about army painter, sorry) around the edges, then mix a couple of thick washes from rusty colours (acrylic) and slap those on all over, you actually do want these to pool on the surface, so I just thin with water. Finally either dry brush with a dark gunmetal colour or just run round the edges with a pencil, gives a really nice shiney dark metal look, super effective and nice and quick too!
Always great videos! If you take any request, a video showing an Night Lords legion paint them using the Army Painter line (air/speed or combi of both) would be killer! That first night lords video is great but I really enjoy how you use army painter to make killer armies. Not allot of people on the tube use the brand so thanks for the army Painter series
I subscribed yesterday after seeing a teaser of this on FB. The video did not disappoint, this was a lot of fun to watch with some great tips in here. Personally I'll probably use these tips and tricks for more of my terrain building as I'm a DND player. Great video.
Do you have a video that goes over the varnish process for oils and mistakes to avoid? Most videos I've found just mention varnish and that's it. I tried Vallejo acrylic gloss varnish and it just wore off when I was doing the clean up stage with white spirits.
Hey Medder, I was wondering if you were going to use a oil wash/AK product for weathering the army painter air pink triad and bone triad would you use burnt umber? I'm painting up a chaos knight but I'm not too sure what I should use to do the panel lines for it, or if I should just cover it in streaking grime haha.
You made that look incredible! I now want to open my ash wastes box!

what an outstanding video. Exactly what i needed right now to continue on my hobby journey. I will have to buy some gloss varnish for my airbrush!
Assembling a khorne lord of skulls right now, so this comes in handy.
I think that looks Bloody incredible my man! I usually find grey schemes a bit dull but you've made it look great. Well done!
Great model to demonstrate this with, and great tips! I'll be sure to use some of these when I paint up my Dreadnought 👍
Really glad it'll be useful my dude!
That looks awesome! Very good tutorial, thank you!
Really appreciate ypu taking the time to watch

Love it. Yeah used the methods you've outlined before bro. This is just another way to do it. Long live rusty vehicles!

Incredible work! So very educational!
Glad you enjoyed it
Awesome work, and very timely as I’m sure I’ll be using some of those techniques on the House Hawkshroud Imperial Knight I’m about to start on 👍
Buying 3 paints from your list to give them a whirl!
Great tutorial Rob. This has tempted me into some grimy Genestealer Cults for 40K.
Hell yes bro!❤❤❤
