This car makes a bold statement especially wearing this color. The 1972 front fascia is near perfection, and those tail lights are my favorite. The long hood is undeniably sexy. 100% approval on this one.
Sweet Coupe! same year as my old 72, but mine was Sedan Deville. dad passed it down to me when i turned 16, he had got a new 76, then later added a 78 Eldorado in OU colors, White w/Red Top, Red Int. miss the sound it made when you flipped the Air Cleaner lid over! 😁
My 1st car was a '71 Coupe DeVille olive green/green leather. Had a bad tranny. I was only 17. Hell idk about cars then. Fortunately I had good friends & they got me right.. Still own 82 Cadillac Coupe to this day. ❤❤❤ those Lacs.
The *rumble and HUMMMMM* of that gorgeous V-8 @5:00 and onward through the test drive... This car has all the wear & tear of a car only a fraction of its age. I'm in love.... ♥
I had a 71 coupe I bought from my father in law who was a preacher, white with black top and interior, that Paisley type print inside. I worked for GM in Dayton Ohio so I pretty much kept a newer vehicle, this was 1979, and since I had watched how the car was pampered I couldn't pass it up, this was 1979, I had a 77 Mercury Grand Marquis Brougham, I know, I know, a Mercury, but working for the company I was able to purchase different brand vehicles and that 4 door Brougham was very nice, I was 27 at the time, well any I loved that coupe d ville , that engine was as smooth as butter!, only one thing I found out was if the little low fuel light cat on you were screwed, happened a couple of times, now I am 72, retired from GM, and I have another white Caddy,😊
Absolutely stunning. I love that color combo. One thing I've noticed on Pristine old Cadillacs is something most have in common. The Dealership's name is affixed to the trunk. I can't believe that many people had so much love for their Detailers, they allowed them to put that on, usually punching holes in the sheet metal. I absolutely love the Dealership I bought my new CT5-V from, but I'm not into free advertising for them by permanently altering my car.
I agree with you. I remove all stickers and license plate frames immediately from my cars. Thank God that I’ve never had a car with holes drilled into it by a dealership. “ NO FREE ADVERTISING “ 👍🏾
From my perspective, given the limited advertising opportunities of the day, local newspaper and TV during local news broadcasts, I’m OK with a bit of Free Advertisements.
The '71 Cadillac has been my favorite since first seeing them in the showroom when I was 14 years old - both this and the Eldorado (my favorite yr Eldorado also) were beautifully styled in '71 and they're on my "when I win the lottery" list to this day! The downside of these unfortunately was the "cheapening" of the materials and general quality of the interior in particular wasn't what it was just a few years before in the early/mid '60's. It was apparent that by the late '60's and into the '70's, Cadillac started thinking "quantity" over "quality!"
The '71 Cadillac is my all-time favorite model year since seeing them new in the showroom when I was 14 yo! That and the Eldorado were both beautifully restyled in '71 and are on my "when I win the lottery" list to this day! Unfortunately, by the late '60's and into the '70's, Cadillac started to think "quantity" over "quality" -- "Cadillacs for the masses" so to speak!
Bad Ass !!! My father had bought the exact same 1 in 72 , same color same everything but his had a white vinyl top . Beautiful Car . Dont make um like that anymore
The 71 was a little nicer in its detail, the signal lights in the front bumper, the die cast grill, the moulding that runs the length of the tailamps, the exhaust vents in the decklid.(71 is the first year of the the 71-6 fullsize GM platform, and the only year of the vents in tte decklid. 72 is also a good looking Cadillac,it just didn't have the styling details of the 71.I am also a fan of the coffin corner side look of the 71-3 Cadillac rear wheel drive.Nice car, those old Delco radios, had a nice sound for that time period.
Now THAT’S a Cadillac, it has beautiful styling a NAME, not letters not numbers. It’s a ICE vehicle not electric which few want because of the cost and the fact that there’s hardly any infrastructure, poor electric mileage, poor reliability and Cadillac’s today are ugly. GM will be bankrupt in the next couple years because of CEO Mary Barra and her executives.
Wow, than this is a super rare car, no louvers/vents in the deck lid for the one year only, 1971, failed flow through ventilation; he says sarcastically.😉
Actually it's a 1972. Look at the front. '71's had a small ornament between the headlights with parking lights below on the bumper. In '72 they replaced the ornaments with amber lights between the headlights. The lower bumper lights were eliminated ✅
@@bruschmidt9943 Yes, you’re absolutely right. Another way to know from the inside is that it has wood-looking trim around the gauge pod and not a brushed metal look. This is definitely a 1972 model.
Only thing I would do to it. Is dual that badass 472 out. It would add at least 25 HP! Get that big ass engine to breathe better. And better MPG! And have the carb rejected for performance
I wish I could get it 73 72 cupes I take over a Lamborghini ferri tesla for cherry red that is nice put a passenger side mirror on a hood ordment u got one nice 72 fiber optical peaces on fenders make look better to from71 to74

STUNNING!!!
I've wanted one of these for decades for a cross country road trip!!
Прекрасное авто!!!! Остается, только слюни пускать, от завести!
A beautiful example. Love the colour scheme
When Cadillac was the best in the world.
What a beauty.
Sharp-looking Cadillac!!
Very nice classic, beautiful 👍
SOLID. FOR ME ITS MISSING THE CADILLAC CREST ON THE HOOD. BEAUTIFUL

I owned one of these. It got eight miles to the gallon and it takes the highest octane fuel. It had a smooth ride though.
Dad had one in beige with the cocoa brown top❤
One of the Best Caddys i have ever seen Very Stunning !! Engine size 472 or 500?
I had the 72 Fleetwood ❤
I DID TOO! Got it back at back in '04 when I was 22. Triple black. Great car. I miss it.
Firethorn Red? Sharp!
Is this beautiful well crafted masterpiece for sale
Just exactly what color is that and what name did Cadillac use to refer to the Color of that car
4 Barrel was like a passing gear!!
My father’s first Caddy was a 72 sedan deville. Which is the 4 door version of this car. Man I wish he and this car was still around. RIP Dad.
I love this car. My parents had a Baritz El Dorado Cadillac very similar to this. I think it was 1974.
We had a 71. That Rochester 4 barrel sounded like it was going to suck the hood in!! Flip the air cleaner lid!
Gorgeous
I bought one when it was 5 years old it was the best car I ever owned
Wow excellent door chime love it what a beautiful car amazing car how much?
How much for the boat and does it float?
Spittin duals so nice
What are ‘spottin duals’
@chrismanteris9093 exhaust out the dual exhaust when cars were cars
I had a '71 Coupe the same color, but with black brocade interior almost 50 years ago. I still think it's a nice looking car.

This is pure perfection
Yes.
Except for the internal roof padding.
America is a big country.
Hence,
NO ONE should be allowed to purchase small cars !!!…😂
What is the asking price For this beautiful car my father had a Nineteen seventy one It was white with blue interior That car Was incredible
To bad they don't make cars like that anymore,, I want to buy it
Is it for sale and if, how much...
The front end on the 73 was much more refined.
I like to know what the price is on the 72 Coupe DeVille
Now THAT's a Cadillac. 🤩
where are the fender mounted Lamp monitors , My uncle had a '73 Coupe Deville which had them
That's what I was wondering?
Rare to not have fender lamp monitors.

Wow this is a stunning Cadillac! Perfect in every way. I wish I was able to buy it. This is my dream.
Beautiful
Someday it will be mine
love it !
Truly stunning!
HOW MUCH ARE YOU ASKING?
Notice the fuel gauge is near empty? Get used to that!
Yes dealers actually drilled holes in the trunk to affix their dealer emblem crazy
Not in California! We invented license plate frame ads ha.

1-The odometer has only 5 digits so 83030 miles doesn't give any real idea 2-The car is awesome
This is true, but given the condition of the car, it is hard to believe that the odometer has rolled over.
Absolutely stunny! Now luxury cars are based on all the dumb techy gadgets they have. 🙄
And only available in black/grey or grey/black!
Fantastic specimen. I am not usually a fan of red, but it really works with this model.
Boulevard of the broken dreams !😢
Floats to the nearest ⛽️
Beautiful Caddy! A well preserved original.
It may have been a good idea to replace the exhaust system before you made an attempt to sell this car.
Gorgeous but ya gotta work on that audio! Too loud and distorted. Sounds like an exhaust leak under the hood but can’t tell lol.
Absolutely beautiful, thanks for posting!
Wow, this car is nice. Too bad it only has a non-stereo Am/Fm radio.
I'm surprised it doesn't have an 8-Track player. My dad's 1974 Caddy did. 😊
What the f. I bought a used one for 800.00.
?? Great condition around 1998😅
I hear and exhaust leak. And a tick in the engine
I buy junk and runnables how much for the red trashcan
This is a 1971

You mean...bring a diesel flatbed 😁. Beautiful

Looks like maybe Coeur d'Alene area. The car is beautiful. Almost hate the thought of driving it and wearing it out.

Window regulator needs to be greased
