      Glad you're enjoying the Core Workout. I have a Calf Raises video for beginners if you haven't tried that? ruclips.net/video/EBaYfSROgpk/видео.html It will also work your quads effectively. I tend to add squats and lunges into my cardio workouts as this gives the down time to the more intense exercises. I have always preferred a whole body approach to working out but for the purposes of RUclips have ended up splitting it up a little more than I would in a training session. I will look into creating some more specific lower body workouts though so watch this space. :-)
