Same here, ive been taking care of my paralyzed mom for 3 years now. Im single, alone and middle aged man. No one cares about me, but I love my mom so much I cant afford to lose her. I will be always by her side and will give everything she needs.

It’s a choice he made which is commendable but if he doesn’t manage the time correctly. He might come to feel resentment as he ages. Caring for a family member regardless of the physical or in other cases mental disability there’s always need for alone time. I hope someone would lend him a helping hand or he’s able to earn enough to hire a temporary care-taker every now and then.
