Thanks Jen, I thought I was doing something wrong. I just checked out my old blade holder with my new blade holder and the new one's blade is barely coming out on 2, which explains why I have to set in on 5.5-6 for fabric cutting. I think I'll take it back to the shop where I bought it. You saved me from giving up on SNC. Thank you again.
+C Fleyfel This is the only thing I have NOT figured out with the SNC. Oh how I would love to talk to someone from Brother, to try and figure it out. But it is no matter, because we KNOW about it, and that is ALL the battle right there. Brother has been nothing lees than AWESOME when folks encounter this issue, they fix it NO QUESTION!!! I am so impressed with this company, and what is even crazier, I do not get paid to say ANY of this =D and that means a lot =D
