How to FIX-ish the DX mat load errors Brother 125DX 225DX ScanNCut Jen Blausey

*****UPDATE***** When Brother just released the last update for the DX, the mat loads are MUCH slower now. No more finger worries, and you will see this in ALL of my current "See Jen STUFF it" mat loads =D HAAHHAA! But, it works like a charm now! So, pick your poison, I choose this, because I do NOT have to do ANYTHING funky to my mat, nor machine, just apply pressure, which NO I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO, but I am WAY past that now. And I understand just how "things" are/are NOT handled.
THIS VIDEO IS STRAIGHT FORWARD, HONEST, AND some may find it painful. You will find my technique at 13:27, but PLEASE watch the full video, as I do discuss all of the frustration with the whole "Its the mats" comments that I have been hearing & reading about. This video was made for the masses, to try and get SOME sort of positive response from Brother, to get ALL of the DX machines, fixed, correctly, and quickly, Please. Thank you.
Also note, I have helped, all of the extremely FRUSTRATED owners of the SNC, since it's debut, for free, 365/24/7. Does anyone from Brother do this? Trust me, I WANT happy SNCers, because I care about people, and being an OT professional by trade, and being trained, heavily, in the mental health realm, there are reasons for WANTING to have folks using a machine that allows for such independent, self expression thru creativity, being happy. So, before anyone gets upset with me, think of where I am coming from. I gave Brother OVER 3 MONTHS to address the mat loads, BEFORE I published this. It was not released, until I was advised, by a multitude of people, about some discouraging things being done. That, just cannot continue to happen, quietly. So, here is this video. In all of it's NON-glory, TRYING to help, anyone that has NOT gotten it from Whomever they have sought it from. And, no, I am NOT affliated, with anyone. I am my own person, who CARES! And that is it, just as I always have. I am a truth teller, a solution seeker, and we will get along quite well, if you are the same.

ANd ALL of the "FIXES" you see are not fixes, they are bandaids, as only Brother can truly fix what ails this machine. So, please choose whatever you like, but thee ole STUFF in, actually works, 100% of the time, without fail, no nothing special has to be done. Nothing to your mat, nothing to the machine.
