My main games are Sea of Thieves and New World so the fact that you covered those games for FPS is awesome! Legion remains the best since it has a mux switch, better cooling and a 130w GPU. The only downside of legion is the slow x16 ram it comes with Edit: wanted to get a legion but didn't find any below $1400 so I bought the gigabyte aorus instead

Been looking at MSI GF66 with RTX 3050 and i7 11th gen w/ 8gb ram. An employee said that this computer wasn't good as people have returned it in the past with complaints. Wondering which one is better because the MSI GF66 is cheaper and made by what I would say a better brand.
Aorus 15p kd or tuf gaming f15 (2022) fx507zm? It's really hard for me to choose, because fx507zm performs much better, better cpu and 140w, and 15p kd is only 115w and it doesn't have mux switch but better screen,right? So I really need some advise please!!

Hmmm I'm having doubts since gigabyte has garbage bios and bad support. My friend aorus is not booting after 4 months of using, if it ever boots it crashes, but last time didn't boot at all. The keyboard only turns on with orange light. He has the 15g one with rtx3070 140w.

I study architecture and the programs work perfect and the games not to mention, more than 200fps in all the games like GTA V, Valorant, Fortnite, etc. The performance of the laptop is amazing and the screen is very sharp. The battery is fine, the ports are very useful and the fans help a lot when gaming. The only bad thing is the camera position, but you can fix that by buying a webcam. It is a good option, I recommend it.

@@not_grif All of its components work very well, the RAM helps the programs run smoothly, I haven't had any problems with that. What I recommend is to always use the fans when you are going to use the laptop for forced work.
It is called graphics switch and I believe it was on Aorus 15G. Did not like lack of that option on 15P but for me most demanding games actually runs a bit better (ex Dying light 2 ~5 FPS more) than on external monitor with optimus bypassed.

It is not a living in a dream. The only laptop I actually own and use for work is my MacBook Pro 15.4” 2018. And after testing a new laptop for 3-7 days I return it. That’s why I keep it to myself for so long - I have to do it at nights, because I do my main job during the day.
Because his game test isn't true. Look at other gameplay videos of this laptop to see the true gaming test. There is no way call of duty warzone is 75fps in high settings using this laptop. It is around 100-120fps.
Probably cuz of lower voltage on gpu its 115 while other like legion pro 5 is 130 but tbh low is better. Because it won't get as hot so u won't have any overheating issues
I just downloaded call of duty warzone and have been playing it with this laptop. My FPS on high settings without dlss is 97-120fps. Edit: When connected to an external screen therefore bypassing Optimus, the FPS increases to 110-140fps
I just upgraded my ram to 64gig. It's a monster now. Worth every penny.

Legion 5 has mux switch, delta is the most portable and powerful gpu, aorus has the best cpu performance.

Both are mostly identical. The difference I saw based on my research is that the 'SO' has Windows 11 Home while the 'SH' has Windows 10 Home.
