That's a great little tip and some functionality I wasn't aware of (the shift/ctrl click etc when selecting the whole layer, never thought to try that!)! Awesome!

Do you know if there is an alternative to this on procreate. I know that’s a different program altogether but this seems extremely useful
You can hold two fingers to select the contents of a layer but Procreate has severely limited selection options comparatively. It's why it's not used by colorists as much in production comics.
Is there a way to do this on the tablet version?
I believe the interface is similar. Last time I looked at it there was a way to use the modifier keys by clicking something on the side of the screen, but I honestly don't know a lot about it.
