I absolutely love your videos! I love how lowkey and chill they are, very raw. keep doing you girl! as I work a 9-5 M-F, you and your videos give me hope for my own weekends and possible adventures! 💗
@@MadisonClysdaleeyes please !! I live in Texas so there’s alot to do within 6 hours of me and even a quick weekday trip seeing you has given me the push to pull out my car camping setup again for this winter as it’s way to hot durning the summer down here!!!
God knew what he was doing when He created British Columbia. Some of the most beautiful scenery I have ever seen in my life, along with the Yukon. Stay safe. ❤
This must have been the first time in history somebody ate a veggie burger with turkey bacon. Thank you for sharing the beatiful nature and your adventures!
I visited Kamloops and Kelowna. But there still more to see in BC. Amazing province. I like to car camping again soon. With the kidos they gonna like this.. such a blessing to see the beautiful British Columbia..
I soo..look forward to your videos. You & Kyro are a light in the darkness. Thank-you for sharing your life with us. Stay safe & live each day in the beauty that you find 🤟
Heyy, I love your videos and I was just now searching and thant's a summary on what I found out: Marmots are very sociable and they scream to communicate with their specie. They also scream to try to scare their predators and to warn other marmots about that threat Fun fact: Marmots have different dialects, so they know when a marmot is an outsider
It’s good to see you’re getting out into the world and not just sitting around addicted to your phone like so many people. Do you have roof rails on your car? You could definitely do wear to a rooftop tent. It would make your life so much easier. My personal preference is the sky camp mini. Mainly because it is very functional and fast to set up and put away. I like the fact you have a fridge. Great idea I would also add a cooler. Fill the cooler half way with frozen bottles of water. This will keep other items in there. Cool without water making anything soggy. In addition, you can also drink the water so you’re not wasting space like you would with ice. By freezing the bottles of water as well and also keeps it cooler for about 2 1/2 to 3 days. Another little tip I do is prepare the majority of my food before going camping. Chopping up fruit and vegetables having them in little containers saves you time let’s chance of getting eaten alive by the bugs. I also do a lot of my own food prep from canning freeze, drying and butchering, and curing my own meats. I am lucky enough to have a chambered vacuum sealer. Now this is a brilliant tool for camping. Believe it or not. There are many foods like rice, potatoes, chilli, pasta. That’s all I partially cook and then vacuum seal in a bag even soup. That way when I get camping, I just filled a pot with some water drop in the bag to heat and finish cooking clip it on pan. Pour into a bowl and eat. You can even freeze some of the food which helps keep everything cool in your cooler longer. Now I realize rooftop tents and camping awnings and stuff can be expensive. However, for a weekend warrior like yourself, I would recommend you getting a tarp. Preferably canvas a little bit more expensive, but it will offer you more relief from the sun. Now old you have to do is take some ripcord tie the little eyes to the roof rack of your car, extend it out get a couple of telescopic poles from the camping store, extend them up to the required height and then tie in some guidelines for stability. And now you have a cheap awning and shelter from the blistering sun. It will be at least 10° cooler making your experience more enjoyable you can sit there on a little comfortable chair and have your supper breakfast lunch whatever. A couple of my little tips to make your kind of adventuring more comfortable and protected. Hope you don’t mind the long ass comment.
Your videos are filmed with love for nature, animals,I feel well-being and peace from them but also from you.I enjoyed walking through the beautiful countryside with you.
Heyy, thank you for sharing your experiences, I love watching you and the Outdoor Boys after work before I go to sleep. Thank you for always ending my day on a good note!
I like your videos because they present actual situations without theatrics; in other words I believe you genuinely present what you really experience without exaggerations . Keep up the good work !
Hey, I really enjoy your videos. I'd like to leave some advices, cuz I want you to be safe: 1) Always carry a bear spray, a whistle, a sturdy knife, a water-proof jacket with hoodie, a water bottle and a lighter when you leave your car to hike, at minimum. 2) Add to the list a full-charged satellite phone with SOS feature if you can. 3) ALWAYS let your parents or relatives know where you are, where you are going and how much time you will take to communicate with them again. And maintain a regular communication with them. 4) Always light your stove with a lighter or matches. Leave the rod for emergencies only. 5) Have a 1st aid kit. 6) Always check the weather report for the area. Well, thats it for now, great job and BE SAFE.
Valuable tip - trunk covers keep your food cold if don't have fancy cooler especially for that. 4:29 I would give so much for a place where are the woods and does not have mountains, but here you go into the High Tatras. Okey, I make these with Lidl Merchandise. 3:31 this would be that thing only you do with your backpack as a horse. Maybe lot's of bicycling would fix it, but it's not 7:12 town don't ever wants you again.
Thank you for the amazing adventure Madison I love all your videos its all stunning , authentic and wonderful id enjoy every moment of it. God bless for a more awesome adventure♥️♥️♥️🙏🙏🙏
Stunning. The Purcells are beyond beautiful and so underrated. Nice seeing this adventure. Another very epic hike is Cobalt Lake in Bugaboo Provincial Park, in the Central Purcells. That is probably one of the best hike in B.C.
The landscape is truly spectacular and breathtaking! I like that you comment and share your impressions with us!!! Your content concept is very well thought out and contains many helpful tips and ideas! Kindest Regards from Germany 😉✌️
Getting a skid plate for under your engine would be a good idea. I once damaged my oil pan on a trip. I managed a temporary repair with JB weld but it was no fun doing the repair in the snow.
You are an inspiration. I’m a corporate city girlie who needs an out. So i booked a one way trip to New Zealand for a working holiday. From now till then i’m practicing driving to boost my confidence, look for more like minded and independent female solo camping creators. So glad you came up :)
i did that hike twice when i was a kid, id say its the most beautiful area of bc I've ever seen. was 20 years ago, i remember the glaciers being much bigger.
I just found your videos, you Canadians have something, Destination Adventure is really my favorite, but you have something, a fantastic storyteller. Thanks.
New subscriber here. I’ve always wanted to do what you do but I live way too far south in Texas. No mountains :( Thankfully you put your videos up for me to enjoy so that will have to do
Your videos hit the sweet spot of being informative, fun and have beautiful scenery and are just the right length. Thanks for reminding me to just get in the car on Friday and go outdoors. Keep up the good work.
you should look into getting skid plates for the bottom of your crosstrek, primitive racing makes a fantastic one that replaces the factory plastic one for under $200, very easy install as well, anyone can do it in about ten minutes, it will save your oil pan in case you bottom out.
When you said those mangos taste like fruit roll ups, I couldn't agree more, i actually grew up in Washington, can't wait to get back up to the northwest, those glacier lakes are spectacular.
Where is that? British Columbia? Man, that's beautiful. Not just the gorgeous glacier lake and surroundings, but those falls on the way back. Very impressed!
I love going solo as well. There is a sense of serenity and closeness to the environment that is rarely accomplished otherwise. Access with a vehicle and being able to avoid crowds is one reason I like driving to the end of a logging road and then just hoofi'n it in. You seem to have found a special area! Great on the food, efficiency of your camp, and your excellent editing for a quality product! Really fun to view and I learn something from you now every time I watch! Best Wishes from the PNW! (BTW: Marmots are colonial and warn each other when danger is near - many eyes are better than one.)
What a great trek into the wilderness! You have great cooking skills , I like your choices of different foods to eat on your trips ! Very good camera work !
Dinner looked good and a beautiful hike. I have the same dehydrator and use apple sauce with a sprinkle of cinnamon for my fruit leather, turns out really well.
Your videos are very inspiring. Great stuff. I hope you embrace fishing when the surroundings are optimal. It can be very rewarding. Beautiful mountains lakes and rivers. Love your dog too.
I always look forward to watching the weekly video while I eat breakfast on Friday mornings! Gives me great motivation to get out for some hiking every weekend 🫡
Absolutely amazing scenery and love your style. It feels like we all are right there enjoying the mountains too. Thank you for the hard work and thoughts you put into these videos!

The Marmot scream is to warn the colony danger is near. He was on guard duty. lol
U didn’t feed your dog
God knew what he was doing when He created British Columbia. Some of the most beautiful scenery I have ever seen in my life, along with the Yukon.
Stay safe. ❤
I keep expecting to see Aragorn and Legolas in the background. Beautiful place.
Not too many videos leave you in a positive, genuinely good mood. Well done.
Thank you for being here 🥹

I watch this for the camping and wilderness scenery.
Just thought I'd make that clear.
I love that you can hike with your dog.
Canada is really beautiful. I would like to visit your country one day. Amazing nature everywhere

Some "wow" moments here, like at 6:23. I couldn't figure how you could bring yourself to leave until I saw dinner! Looks great.
The olive oil sprayer is also a great idea. I just ordered one. Thanks!
Wow!! Thanks a lot again and again...
2:27 "Chamaenérion angustifolium" is growing.
Exactly the same as mine, in Siberia.
I love this tea
It's true, adventures are very addictive.

Gorgeous beauty in this video! Apparently the marmots scream as a warning to their entire group, not just for their own sake.
