Is this link supposed to still be good? I get an Error 1014 message when I try to access it. :( Is there another link available?

fantastic video! Just sent this to someone I work with who has very limited exercise experience but will be going to a training bootcamp for a court office job . The squats, plank, pushup and jacks will certainly be part of her training

I love that you showed how to do an elevated push up! I wasn't sure that I was doing them correctly & now I know I was not! Thank you!

Awesome video. I was reading the blog I read the article about cholesterol because I have high cholesterol and my doctor has put me on a statin but did not recommend dietary changes. So I've started working out and I noticed in the article it was suggested of Paleolithic diet helps lower cholesterol. But from what I've heard Mediterranean diet is the healthiest in the world especially for heart health even though paleo has more of the foods I like on it. So I'm having issues deciding which way to go and I have another concern about paleo being that it's low carb will I still be able to fuel my endurance work? Does i't really improve heart health?

Hi. Suppose I have an hour for a workout, is it better to do the regular procedure (2-3 sets of 4 exercises) or a circuit procedure? The goal is gaining muscle (not loosing weight).

Would you modify this in any way for somebody who (a) has an arthritic knee and (b) struggles getting up off the floor? Thanks.

Go to a range of motion that feels good for you. And do elevated pushups and planks, instead of on the ground!

Not criticsm but curiosity. Why not a knees bent inverted row instead of a dumbbell row to keep it truly bodyweight?

Great question! Easier to find something to row than something to hang from!

Adding new superpower to the wish list: laser beam knees.

😆 - everyone expects laser beam eyes, but no one expects the knees!
