  • If you want to workout and don't know where to start, try my plus size positive, fat friendly, full body workout. It's a great beginner workout for obese people. You don't need any weights, because we'll be using our own body weight. Don't worry if you are carrying a little extra and can't keep up, just do what you can. There's definitely no jumping, and it's low impact. Even though it's a low impact workout, we can still work up a sweat from the comfort of our own homes.
To avoid getting up and down off the floor, we'll start with standing exercises, and progress to the floor for the last circuit and cool down stretches.
My videos are made to be inclusive for a range of sizes, shapes & weights. That's right, you don't need to be a fatty to join me! They are great for anyone who is senior, asthmatic or COPD, a heart patient, recovering from an injury or surgery, has a disability or bad back/knees etc, or even anyone who just want to do an awesome, fun workout with this lil cutie.
Let me know if you liked it by giving a thumbs up.

I train multiple clients who are focused on losing between 100-300 pounds. As a personal trainer and gym owner, I've created a safe and inclusive space and it boggles me that in 2021 with the average person gaining 20-50 covid pounds that anyone would think to judge ANYONE where they are on their health path. If you judge someone for their weight-it reflects on YOU. Be kind, have an open mind that we seek movement, not a perfect pose and pick fun movements that feel good. Kudos Holly.

It is sooo important to offer something like this on RUclips! I was always wondering why there are no people with bigger bodies offering workouts for other people with big bodies!
There is such a need for suitable workouts and I just wouldn't know what kinda moves are suitable for such a body. I have been going thru so much lately, I lost my mom to cancer, shortly after I ended a 10yr toxic relationship that’s ended brutally and as I was on my way to the gym this morning i noticed that my car was repossessed. Also, I think it's so brave of you to do this with the toxic and hateful online culture we have today. To me, you're the hero of the day and I think you're an incredibly tough and also very beautiful woman. I wouldn't even have the guts to do this at a normal weight. I just wanted to say thank you. I'm not a plus, and a lot of your followers might want to boo me off your site, but I am over 65 and after a long bout with Covid, have had no strength or stamina. It's been months, and I still could not be up for more than a few minutes. I've considered working out to try to build up my stamina, but all the videos out there were just too...much...way beyond my level. I found your video, and after hearing your intro, thought your workout might just be beginner enough for me, and gave it a go. I only made it a few minutes...just couldn't keep up with you. My young PT friend encouraged me to keep trying...to try to do the whole video, with less reps on each exercise, maybe just one or two each, resting in between, but to do something with each exercise, and to do the video all the way through. It's taken me two weeks, but tonight, I made it through the whole video, fewer reps. You are so limber, I can't begin to move some of the ways you can...but I did make it the whole 30 minutes. I'm exhausted, but feel good. Thank you for being you...I really appreciate you.

Thanks to COVID, this year is a shitshow. It didn’t help my being diagnosed with diabetes in July. Suffering from depression and being obese it has been extremely difficult to find a video where I could do most or all of the movements. God bless you for creating what didn’t exist for you and sharing because you may have just helped me save my life. I found you today!! And while I could only do 20 minutes of the video I realized that it is the first 20 minutes of consistent exercise I’ve done in 6 years. I felt like I had a workout buddy doing the exercises with me. I can’t wait to try your other videos. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for putting yourself out there and making these videos and I hope you are doing well!!

After gaining 15 kg and reaching 70 weight with 155 cm height, I have little self-confidence to start, but seeing you gave me a feeling of encouragement to accept myself in whatever situation I am now and try my best. .

It's very encouraging to see someone overweight actually doing a routine others in the same situation can see themselves doing and great modifications. I love the cool down as well. Awesome job! I'll be doing this routine this evening, maybe it'll help me sleep.
    Thanks so much!!!

I'm 4 foot 11, 230 pounds, with bad knees. So I can do everything on this workout except for the workouts on the knees. But this is awesome! Thank you so much for posting, girl!!❤❤❤

I got you! Check out my easy on the knees playlist. Hopefully those will be good for you 🧡 You can also always skip the 3rd circuit (usually on the floor) and repeat either the 1st or 2nd, or just skip an exercise that gives you trouble and do step jacks or something ✨🧡💪

Have you tried eliminated inflammatory foods like sugar, dairy and carbs? My knee used to hurt from going too hardcore on my workouts. I sprint way too much when I was too heavy. But now, I just realized my knee doesnt hurt anymore. And I've been doing a tone of lunges at home. Also look up collagen peptides. I'm debating on whether to buy them. But I heard they are really good for skin, hair and even gut or bones.

As an overweight, out of shape, out of breath, aging senior who hasn't exercised since 2019, I followed along at a slower pace until the floor exercises. I will need to modify those to do on the bed. Overall, your exercise routine is the BEST I have found for aging seniors and/or beginners. Thank you for the motivation to get started!!! 😃

I only just stumbled across this video, and it made me so proud! I’ve been in the group fitness industry for 12 years, and you’re right: many times the people up front and center already have a level of physical fitness. I love that you’re showing your journey with motivation, transparency, and a great attitude 💕
