    I always enjoy your vedio... really amazing Bombay chef....we can close the filling of momo inside the flour cover and the filling is mixed with butter. So while cutting the momo the melted butter oozes out.Amazing... This is the trick local momo makers do

    I liked the way of making soft dough with hot water..! Can i cover the stuffing upto the top of dumplings for u have put opened .Why so..? Thanx for the recipe

    I make momos in d same way as u have made but wen I take them out of the steamer the top flour skin tend to dry out....y it happens and how to solve this problem

      diptashree ghosh what you can do is take a deep pan{bhagona) which is a bit wide add the thing he put over his steamer that you use with flour(don't know the name sorry) than push it inside and than put a big leaf on it and keep your dimsums over it sorry for bad grammar wrote it quickly

    Hello ! I tried this recipe but the dough was a problem for me. Like when I rolled one into a disc it would flatten n then shrink down in size? What could i have done wrong ?

      Use HOT water, and then mix with a spoon. Then knead well with the heel of your palm. It will work well. Water at room temperature will result in a stretchy dough. ​ ​Also, check for the ratio of water and flour ( 2/3 rd cup: 1 cup)​
