I’m calling bullshit on you having to use the Pythagorean theorem! It only works on “right” or 90 degree triangles! And I don’t see any 90° triangles on your trailer!🤦🏼♂️
Regardless of how people feel about the cyber truck, this trailer is awesome. You guys did such a good job on that paneling. I really love how clean the bends came out.
Nice build, some feedback from a HF trailer veteran, repack/replace your wheel bearings asap, the stock ones suck, one of mine was practically square. Upgrade your wheel/tire from the stock 12” to 13”, big difference in weight/speed ratings. I had to use spacers and reverse the wheel fenders but it worked great. Weld a crossmember across the V front part, if you use a support wheel on once side the whole frame wants to twist. I built a custom tongue box for it and put my battery, water tank, pump, switches, propane on there, worked out great. I also installed some rock lights on the bottom as well for an under glow effect, cheers!
As a RV tech I built and repared many, campers and trailers but trust me when I say "that camper is way cooler than any thing I ever touched." Very well done. oh and the mini camper it goes without saying thats fun also. just Ian ...not that it matters
Solid, absolutely outstanding.. not often I watch a suggested 30 minute video, glad I did - had to Shazam at 34 mins (CTC - Chasing the Cat for anyone else wondering). Amazing build, great choice of music. Subscribed good sir
I remember Ryan saying that you guys were going to partner. This is an awesome intro to that. I hated seeing you put screws into the edge, but I get it. Great work! Can't wait to see what you guys do next. *SUBSCRIBED*!!
One thing I think people miss is the easy way to insulate the floor. You could put a plywood bottom on the trailer and stuff it with foam insulation then put the floor on. That would give you about 3" under the floor.
Greetings from South Texas, Awesome build! Keep videos coming. Would it be possible to make a video on just lighting and how to create effects /moods with led strips. The effect on the Tesla tear drop was amazing it gave it a higher ceiling height and effect. Thank you.
I agree with one viewer about the music…. but aside from that, the quality is superb. I don’t know if made other RUclips videos in the past…. but I have to admit that I was surprised to see that this was only your 2nd video. A big congratulations and round of applause to that…!!! Hoping your channel grows into something cool and VERY large…!!! 😊
Thank you so much! The sound was good in edits but for some reason did that while exported to RUclips. First time using Adobe for video editing though a as well so it’s probably my bad 🤣 I learned alot this time
Amazing video! You definitely have potential to be BIG! For the next video, I hope you reduce the music when you’re talking just so it doesn’t become too distracting.
Nice build. Great creative vib. I would have placed the mattress on the far wall and power cabinet on the other side. So as you climb in you take shoes off leave them by the door and drag them across your mattress. Love the lighting. The two tone lighting turned out sweet. Also you really need a fan and ventilation or it will get quite hot and stuffy in no time. Even a couple of adjustable 140mm fans would go along ways for comfort levels
The thing people forget about the towing hitch on Whistlin Diesels video is that BEFORE the towing test, they slammed the rear end down off a ledge, so take it how you will. The Cybertruck is still crap though. It just didn't get a fair shake in WDs video
Man this is sick! The craftsmanship is superb. How much was the total build cost? I'm looking to build a teardrop style camper off of this same trailer frame.
when i was watching this for the first half of the video i thought you had like at least 100k subs the fact you only have 6.8k is insane this content is better than a lot of other youtubers that do the same thing keep up the good work you got yourself a sub
@@ChopShopCrew she's a beaut and far better crafted than I could do. Just don't want wind or something bumping those temporary stands and slamming that down on you/someone or slamming down and breaking something.
Awesome build! The stainless steel really works! But no gas struts or something to open and hold up the rear hatch? 😬 Nice workshop too, although it could probably use some more lighting 😋 it seemed a bit dark..
I did check all of that. They loaded the heck out of it with grease. But packed the bearings before installing the wheels. Not a fan of their axel set up though
@@ChopShopCrew That's cool, maybe they've gotten enough complaints or improved quality who knows. It's a quick easy check though. I wouldn't trust their grease though
Great job on the build! Love the kitchen and lighting throughout. 😀👍 It’d be great if Ryan would promote this channel more on his channel to help it grow! I’m already a sub. Look forward to ur next build & adventures when you or Ryan take this new build on some camping trips.
Nice camper but for the tv I would of Hooked up cables to the TV and ran them through the wall to that little storage area so you don’t see the cords if you have like an Xbox or something like that. but I like the bild❤.
Been a while since school but I'm pretty sure Pythagoras theorem will only work with right angled triangles. You've have been better off adapting it with the Cosine formula: a^2 = b^2 + c^2 - 2.b.c.Cos(A) [where angle A is the one opposite side a]. tbh I had to look this up too.
Wondering why you don’t try making your camper trailers with a “ Pop up Roof “ system? Then when traveling you’re still lower , but once you set up your camper will “ grow “ !!
The biggest miss on the cybertruck was not having a fold down wall between the bed, if it just folded down you could use the battery heat/AC and just sleep in the bed.
Hey everyone!!
Thanks for watching!
We’re working on the Honda Element giveaway and will have details coming soon!

Nice video idea homie, if you can, turn down the music and background video a little when your talking. Great music, and great video man
Thank you!! Definitely will make sure the edits better next time!
I agree ❤
I concur. Music should be in the background. In the library I had to scramble to turn down my headphones
I'm a goblin that watches videos at 3 AM. I have to juggle the volume up and down to hear you clearly but the music is loud for at night..!
@@ChopShopCrew great video wish I could have one

If I'm not mistaken I believe you gotta be the first person to build a Cyber camper and it looks far out . This build came out epic 💯❤️😎💪✌️😇🙏🔥👍
Thank you!!! I was pretty excited to build it and I believe it’s the first. I’m sure I won’t be the last

One thing I think people miss is the easy way to insulate the floor. You could put a plywood bottom on the trailer and stuff it with foam insulation then put the floor on. That would give you about 3" under the floor.
I’ve seen a few people do that recently. Definitely a good option
If that you can’t move again the cabin
@ Sorry don't understand you reply.
Well well done! I'm so inspired! My favorite part is the cool lighting..Say hey to Ryan too. You guys are the best.

This is an AWESOME BUILD!! Great Job!!
Thank you so much
Hey, I saw Lydia Rico on your vid. Wish her well.
Nice trailer build as well. Pretty clean. 😎
You should switch the bed to the other side and put the cabinet by the door so you have a zone to remove your shoes and keep the bed clean.
If the battery system wasn’t wired there I’d definitely do that
You’re the goat bro I love your builds. Keep up the good work.
I really enjoyed the video! You chose awesome music but it is a little loud. Sometime it drowned you out. Looking forward to the next video!
Thank you!!! Weird how it doesn’t sound that way in the edit but it does here on RUclips? Thanks for letting me know!
Guess who just gained a new subscriber?
Awesome job! I'm so inspired to customize my vehicle someday after watching your videos!
You can do it! Hope it turns out awesome!

Love guys that can build stuff!!
Very handy over here 🤗
lol somehow I feel like your idea is def way more unique and prob built better then the actual truck hahah def sick duo
Wow! That is just awesome! Thanks for sharing 😊
Thank you so much!
besides the fact its themed after a big trashcan on wheels, awesome build 👍
Hahaha thanks!
Such a sweet idea! I need these aluminum panels
Thanks! Bought them at a place in San Diego called piedmont plastics.
You did a great job making a nice coffin.
Pretty cool lil camper. Are you going to take it camping and give us the practical review?
Absolutely
Looks pretty cool. Wish it matched the truck, but it's still cool.
I think the truck I rented was dirty because it should have color mayched
Try installing you blade backwards to cut Plexiglass.
Really? I’ll give it a shot
Cyber camper for the cyber truck... 'rented a uhaul truck'... lol cool little camper though! Well built.
Hahah didn’t want to break someone else’s cyber truck 🤣 still ballin on a budget over here
great job but you forgot blinkers and stop light for the camper
There’s an LED taillight strip on the door exactly where the taillights are on the cyber truck
Man this is sick! The craftsmanship is superb. How much was the total build cost? I'm looking to build a teardrop style camper off of this same trailer frame.
Thank you!! I believe I was around the $5k mark for the entire build
great job but could you size it up?… just asking, also you just earned a sub😊.
I definitely could! The only challenge would be the paneling used on this one. I’d actually have to switch to a stainless steel panel
@@ChopShopCrew ok thanks for reading my message

use countersink screws for the rear and fill them with JB weld, sand down. Better looking and flush ;) PS: Killer project ! Well done sir.
great idea for a cybertruck camper!. video was great!
Very cool build

"so now i'm going to start the interior walls" proceeds to continue with the frame
great video though man, i love all of those angles
Dude's Math teacher, somewhere; "Wait, what? Seriously?"
lol!! Think they believe their students will ever use it? 🤣
You should get matching wheels and you should change the fenders to it match the cybertruck
Absolutely thinking about upgrading wheels and tires for it
Well done! It's built way better than the actual Cybertruck.
Why thank you!!!! We just need @whistlindiesel to break it now
@@ChopShopCrew lol
@@ChopShopCrew i’m sure Whistlingdiesel will oblige!
Back hatch needs struts or dedicated pockets to hold the supports.
Agreed. The struts I bought weren’t strong enough so waiting on new ones to arrive.

what a masterpiece!

lol
Truck bed coating would seal it well
you should use the kitchen door for more storage space
Thought about it but after the fact
Really all the effort and the framing looks rough as, finished product worked out luckily 😂
lol I’m not a framing guy but I did my best 🤣
@@ChopShopCrew it worked that’s all that matters!
I think Cybertrucks are stupid looking, however, this build was dope af! 🎉 nice work !!
Bro i've wanted to build stuff like this, this is cool as hell.
This is dope!! Definitely not waterproof for more than a month in sun, or driving speed safe though 😂
It’s definitely waterproof! Now salt water air in Cali maybe not
Nice trailer, prettier then the actual cybertruck
Make sure to pull those wheels and clean/pack the wheel bearings properly. Many reports of literally a glob of grease on there and that's it

why not using dempers like in cars for the hatch in the kitchen? looks much smooter and better than those two wooden sticks.
