KAYSERI: Cıvıklı / Pide (Turkish Pizza) @Çiçek Develi Cıvıklısı

Çiçek Develi Cıvıklısı was recommended by the hotel owner as one of the top places in downtown Kayseri for “cıvıklı”. He recommended it as a place where the locals frequent. Service is very friendly and cıvıklı was very tasty.
I opted for the one with Turkish pastrami instead of the regular one with layers of melty kaşar cheese and sucuk (Turkish sausage).
