FP is what you build in a lab if you want the perfect scramble member. Hits every fairway. Lethal putter and wedge. Clutch as hell. And brings great vibes.
he always makes it look so smooth and effortless. he's also really good at playing his own game. doesn't worry about ego distances or anything, just hits his clubs
Hey dude cool channel, dig the analysis, stumbled across it. My only piece of feedback would be to show the swing in regular motion after the slo mo video just so we can see it in action. Take it or leave it, just a thought. Cheers
Thanks so much for the kind words, watching, and commenting! I actually did this at the beginning with the Micah Morris review I posted yesterday, let me know what you think!
Early extension. Head comes up and away to make room since the hips move toward the ball. Could gain some distance and accuracy by staying in posture. I’m sure it works but it could be more sound. Lots of pieces moving that don’t need to.
@@longdrivebryce True, but “beautiful” cannot. If I must be harsh, the flaws within this golf swing will not be seen in any swing even approaching beautiful. Idk, just looks like a typical amateur swing to me. Eye of the beholder I suppose. Then again views matter so maybe analysis has been skewed by bias? Would make more sense.. not trying to hate.. your work is recognized and respected but it seems an illusory analysis in this case.
Relaxed wrist = more accuracy. This is true in most sports. Tennis, pickleball, volleyball, lacrosse, etc. There is more control and less room for error
@@maxwired2235 The less you bring your wrist back in the take back, the less it has to come through while you swing. If you can take your club/racket/hand back without straining your wrist (making a curve between your hand and forearm) you will be more accurate and more comfortable
@@RooCTVBmaybe that's why my swing is good. I don't take my back swing back that far. I usually stop around the top of my right shoulder. And then bring it down in more of a narrow plane. I drive the ball around 250 every time. And straight as well. I just wish I could get more distance. But having lymphedema in the legs and cellulitis. It makes my whole body sore. So I can't get out much. I used to golf more when I was in my 30s.
Not to be viewed as an insult in any way but I think due to the girth around and under his arms he is in a way made to move his hips a little towards the ball to make sure he gets back to his starting point at impact. Those who don't have this to combat should indeed keep the hips back and swing around the spine instead of moving hips forward.
Seems to me like he has a good grip which not everyone has. Also his trail elbow stays tight to his side through out the entire swing which is gonna promote consistency - I think his swing path is by necessity due to his figure. But it’s also impressive he has the hip turn to begin with.
When you said he should keep his hips back more what are you reffering to? Like hips behind the ball or where are the hips supposed to be in relation to rest of the swing?
That line that starts up against his back side, see how there’s a gap between it by the time he makes contact with the ball? His hips gliding towards the golf ball throughout the swing is what causes his tiny over the top move, and also makes it real tough to have a good swing path and consistent ball striking. If you watch the pro’s at impact their backside is still right against that original line. I hope that helps!
@@longdrivebryce You probably would be fun to play with but my sarcastic comment was intended for @robbie5138 who says he always yells people how to swing while they are driving. 😜
I feel like u could draw 40 different lines and make it make sense. “Oh his left wrist is in direct alignment with Saturn which creates pressure that helps him extend THROUGH the golf ball “ lol
There are a lot of golfers who have been said this. But to me and after watching all the greafs since the early 60's the "bad boy" of the PGA John Daly is the man, in my opinion with the "swing." Out of his peripheral vison he can actually see the club on his backswing. The follow fhrough is even "badder" and badder here is meant in a wicked good way. His whole swing is wicked! But, here well done.
The red line I drew against his backside, he should still be connected to that line at impact, there shouldn’t be a gap. His hips move towards the ball which crowds his hands and can lead to an out to in swing path and inconsistent ball striking
It is an inside takeaway, his short backswing helps him “save” it. IMO he stands a bit too far away from the ball (which leads to an inside takeaway) because he needs that extra room since his hips glide towards the ball into impact. It all works together

His Euro-step is unparalleled as well🤔😂⛳️🍻

It's a lot harder than it looks to swing like that

He’s a phenom. Amazingly straight, helluva putter. And one of the nicest, most unassuming, funny and positive guys on the RUclips Tour.
Phenom for sure!
Impossible to keep the hips back with that set up😂
Please explain. I'm having this issue with my swing.
The balance point throughout his swing can certainly make that a bit more difficult lol
Yup

Yeah but if he was thinner it would probably be a draw to left.. his girt helps him hit between draw and cut makes him more accurate some how

He goes over the top at top of back swing ,but recovered well
Caused by the hips moving towards the ball, if he fixed that, that hand path would be perfect in transition
I did not expect that swing when I saw his setup lmao
Think how much $ he could win at the course if he showed up and hustled and no one knew who he was lol

For a lot of people that struggle bringing the club inside too quickly, it can help greatly with sequencing
