I don't know what I think about what you're doing considering that on June 4th my fiance and I paid cash for a house and on June 17th I went to his home to pick him up for breakfast to find that at 55 years old he had died. We gave up EVERYTHING to buy the house for cash. I regret the sacrifices....working 3 jobs issue too extreme.
@@KC-dr3cg you're the exception. Guess what? It happens. We can't all have happy endings and now you're debt free thanks to yalls sacrifices and you get to move on and Liv the rest of your life as you wish.

Recently received your book from my father. I expected it to be boring and to tell me things I already kind of know.There were a few things I had right but it told me in a manner to still prove me wrong though. Also, Im loving it because its so spot on! Im only beginning and in a bad spot but I know if I follow your steps I will be successful rather quickly!

Why Does Dave have co-hosts?? He cuts them off constantly and over-talks them. I do agree that Dave is the star and best suited to give Advice. However, why have co-host when he clearly doesn't like having one.

I just want to say I noticed these millionaires made no less than 150k a year. Most more than that. Also the bit about benefits is misleading. Some places match a 401k up to 5 percent and they match after 3 months but let you put in your 401k immediately. Others don't match and don't let you join a 401k till a year and you aren't truly vested in till 5 years on their match. And the difference between 3 and 5 percent match is a lot of money In the long run with compound interest. Plus they never talked about does the job effect you emotionally. I took a 4 dollar pay cut cause I was the management was stressing everyone out.
I'm an immigrant and Dave wouldn't be happy with my political views, my income wasn't that high. The only difference I think I have to regular people is that I'm thrifty and have stayed bachelor's for a long time. The school I went to the GPA was up to 4.0 so I'm thinking those with the above 3.0 had very good grades.
Neil: I worry about straight commission job offer. Sounds like a company that can hire 10 guys on commission. If half of them don’t make quota, so what? They don’t have enough confidence in you to offer you a base salary plus commission.

Thank you Ken for mentioning the fact that to do the job you love you may make less. I hear tons of big money people on the show but social work is a calling and it does not pay huge money. To do what you love it’s not always a pay grade up. I have a friend who worked as a police officer and he wanted to become a teacher and that was definitely not a pay grade up so I’m glad you’re bringing some reality to this. I love the show, but Dave has to realize we’re not all Dave Ramsey’s we don’t all make bigger and bigger money every year he’s basically a star that is why he made more and more money every year.

AP Queen: AP stands for Advanced Placement, or taking college classes during high school
Dawn Enrollment: Dual Enrollment. Same as AP
Have no clue what club testing is, sorry.
