Thanks Dean, I am really keen on the tool but I had two questions which I can't find the answer to: 1) Is there an OTOFIX which does ECU coding for replacement parts for BMW? 2) Do they support older models which are OBD1 like E39? Hope you're doing well love your reviews
I have been looking at buying a MaxiDas pro for my shop in Australia as it seems to be the best one on the market here but this one looks as good would love to see more about it before I buy one
So I had to replace the EPS on my 2015 M4 and I had a Foxwell NT910. I was able to correct most of the EPS errors codes but I was unable to code in the new EPS. I end up taking it to an excellent BMW shop near my home to have it code. So My question is: Is there a tool that can code such items like ISTA does?
If you are not going to buy the updates would it be worth going for the D1 Max as it's not much more than the Pro at the moment? The downside is the updates are twice the price.
G'day mate, what would you recommend for a DIY'er. I've got a 2017 VW 110 Highline & a BMW X1 2019. I'd love to be able to have one scanner that can do things like battery management and electronic handbrake ability to put in maintenance mode so I can change the pads etc. There is so much on the market it's somewhat confusing and I don't want to buy something I won't get the value out of.
I know this was posted 5 months ago, but question for you. Can you add the Autel Maxiflash VCi to this? Will this unlock the BMW and Merc Programming? Please let me know. Thanks
Hi dean, thanks for this but i have a few 1) i want to know if the otofix im2 and im1 can clone tcu / ecu 2) can the im1 and im2 make a key for 2016 mercedes? 3) can they ( im1 and im2 ) do the online programing for bmw ? 4) can they work with the autel gbox3, xp400 pro ??? 5) are there any major differences between the im1 and the im2 ? Please your response is higly appreciated and helpful thanks
Good video. Interested in more details to the differences between the models and also what is possible to add to the D1 Pro. What do you need to add IMMO to the D1 Pro and what are the costs.
Hi BMW Doctor, I would like to ask your opinion, I'm searching a diagnostic tool for my personal use and I've watched a lot of your videos, but I'm still confused. I'm a mid school car lover (90's and 00's) and I'm searching something that can help me troubleshoot any issue I can have on my personal cars but I don't have too much to spend on this tool. What can you suggest for low cost diagnostic tools that can program the basic things in your opinion?
You just said this was trash in a video I watched ten seconds ago. Make up your mind. Fixing cars or shilling crap for the money. Only fans likes feet pics and pays better
Has better running software than Autel, it's not a copy, it's a legit scan tool.. All of Otofix scan tools are. Even the D1 lite comes with bi directional controls now

Hello guy. Your visa are amazing. Can you tell me the cheapest system / software that can read and write ISN. Eg. New EGS won't go into gear.
nice to see you back dean -keep them coming!
Thanks geezer

@bmw doctor do you recommend this tool or the Autel MK908 Pro II? Or even what about the D1 Max?
Hi can I ask does the D1 Max program vin coding regarding change of automatic gears box’s on bmw cars . The relearn vin from ecu to gear box .
Hi, i have a question about a bmw f30 330e. Is it also possible to read the PHEV battery status?

What is the difference between this and the MS906 pro?

Doesn’t seem to be available anywhere right now unfortunately. Any idea if this is a stock issue or just no longer available?
Can this use the autel mv108s As a video scope?

You can scn code mercedes?
What language's is on this tool ? I mean can it work with Polish language ? ^^
Where is the telegram link
Probably the same Chinese company making all these. The Chinglish is what bothers me.
It's crap, you can't get email, and Google doesn't recognize it. Code 401

this is copy of the autel
Another autel copy 😊
I wouldn’t say it’s a copy as autel sell this scan tool themselves on their website
And Autel is a copy of Snapon..
You a fanboy?
