It's great to see that still the 767s are flying where in the era the 767s are considered as old and are being replaced with newer versions of Boeing and Airbus aircrafts
Good shot of this bird, Felix. I used to work on this bird when it did it's time flying to Maui, not too sure if the nose (registration) number is 6767 or 6667. All of UAL's birds are numbered that way.

Michael 2k3d United is one of those airlines that care about seats 💺 and money. But I love there airlines

I’m not a fan of the legacy carriers personally, if your going between Europe and The states airlines like Norwegian, Virgin Atlantic, TAP Air Portugal are better than delta, united, AA at overseas routes, I’ve never tried airlines like delta on short haul routes so maybe the excel in that department.
Delta is one of the “better” US carriers but honestly, I think they deserve 4 stars instead of 3.
I flew their 767 from LHR to EWR and the service was fantastic wont forget that trip

I recently flew UA 962 to Berlin and UA 963 (return flight) from Newark on 767's. I can confirm that the flight was a delight, the cabin crew professional and kind, the ground service crew in Berlin (in particular) spectacularly kind and generous and warm. I had kinda dreaded flying UA internationally but based on this experience, I would fly them economy any day of the week, anywhere in the world. YOU GO UA!! This is what a great economy flight experience should be: nothing extravagant, nothing beyond the pale but simply sturdy, reliable, tasty, kind generous service. I will fly this airline anywhere now.

Depressing airport.
I just find it kind of odd that United who has a big hub at IAD has the bad parts but everyone else has the good areas.

The 767-300 is one of my favorite aircraft, it was the first time I experienced United Polaris seats
I’ve been wanting to see a long haul United tripreport! Great job! United does pretty good with long haul in my opinion :)
Be careful, if they need to fly passengers on an overbooked plane they could dump you out of the plane and you could be at hospital instead of meeting your family. That's why I hate United.
That was in 2017 they have never dragged anyone ever off again, people make this sound like it happens 1,000 times a day chill.
Mathéo I do understand where you’re coming from, but do remember that the whole dragging off the plane incident was almost two years ago. Taking people off flights happens all the time, as it’s totally legal and it happens with a lot of airlines. Sorry that you’ve had a bad experience, but from what I’ve seen, nobody else has been dragged off (including myself, and I’ve flown United for quite a while).

These are always fun and informative vids to watch. My last several trips to Europe from the U.S. were on foreign carriers, and I must admit that those meals were so much better than what seems to have been offered on UA for the past couple-three videos I've watched of their transatlantic service. Very disappointing. Meals (at least) were a whole lot better when I flew overseas on U.S. carriers (UA and TWA) back in the 80's and 90's.

C6 has a new jetway. It was my first ever gate from Dulles in 2003, and I used it again in August 2018 with the new jetway.

I love United!!! I live in europe and i was thinking that United is terrible, but it was cheapest option from EWR to Heathrow so i decided to try, trip was amazing!!! Few years later i was flying from Madrid to Newark in my birthay, cabin was almost empty and i have got free upgrade to polaris!!!

United isn't that bad. But u got. British airways and virgin Atlantic to choose from tho.

thanks for this report. I will be flying United from Newark to Frankfurt this July on a Dreamliner. I am surprised you got "breakfast" because i read they do not serve it any more unless it is a west cost to Europe flight.

I have only been to Dulles once, but unfortunately I didn’t get to see much of the airport because I had less than an hour layover. Thankfully the gates were right next to each other :)

weird new livery screen shot but old livery on the actual plane. you guys have the best airline reviews around. you review both coach and upfront. which is good as most of us fly in the back but occasionally we have to opportunity to ride up front so we know who to book with when we get a chance to splurge.
I can’t remember the last time I flew United probably like a year a ago:)
