Sir I see a very critical hazard that’s been overlooked. That propane tank inside the same bay as the water heater. It can be done safely if the propane is in an enclosed compartment with ventilation in case of a leak. I have the same bus as you with just about the same bay sent up. Difference is I have my propane in an enclosure with vent hole in the bottom. I hope this information is helpful and I think it should be top priority to address.

A dehumidifier will be your best friend in that bus. It will stop the windows sweating.

Where do your children sleep~ you showed the office plus your hobbies but not where the children sleep.
This Bus is in a Really bad shape
