Forney, Texas is a great up-and-coming suburb of Dallas. In fact, it’s located in Kaufman County, which is the #3 growing county in the United States right now! Forney is a perfect country town that isn’t too far from Downtown Dallas, so it’s a great mix of both country and city. If you want that country feel without being too far from all of the city things that you love, Forney is the town for you!
Forney has many great shops, great food, and best of all, homes that are in a great price range with lots of space. Many of the homes in this area come with land, so if you would like to spread out, or if you’re an investor looking for a great opportunity, Forney is a great option. Home is likely going to appreciate as the county continues to grow, and the fact that an Amazon fulfillment center is going to be opening up here in 2021 is not going to hurt home values either. This is a place that is set to grow and grow fast!
Another great thing that you’ll love about Forney is its access to Lake Ray Hubbard. If you area lake goer and love to spend time on the water, the closeness to this pristine Texas lake will definitely be a plus for you.
All in all, Forney is small now, but growing fast! There are lots of great homes to choose from, including new constructions.
