Forney, Texas is a growing city that is really gaining momentum right now! It’s one of the fastest growing cities in the country, and it’s easy to see why! With a fabulous country feel that is full of space, beautiful homes, and friendly Southern charm, all while being within a short drive of Downtown Dallas, it’s truly one of the best places to live in the Dallas area. Let’s explore the top neighborhoods!
There are several spots we’ll visit today, and we’ll do a few things to help you get a feel for each one. First, we’ll take you onto Google Maps and show you what amenities, food spots, and shopping areas are within the area. Then, we’ll hop in the car and take you around each neighborhood so that you can get a good look at what the homes look like and get a feel for whether or not you can see yourself living in good ol’ Forney, Texas.

You missed two very popular communities in Forney such as Gateway Parks and Clements Ranch. Also Lynx Hollow, smaller less popular but still new construction and shows the variety Forney offers.

We’re have plan to move to Forney - texas next year , we will rent the house of my friend to live for temporary at Devonshire before decide to buy a house ! Is that where you live?
I am worried about the proximity of the Forney power plant to most of the neighborhoods in the area. Is it safe to live a few miles away from a power plant? Isn't there too much air pollution?
There are some areas that are closer than we'd like, but there are a ton of great areas to live in that are far enough away to not be too much of a concern! Are you considering moving to Forney Texas?

How’s the Heartland community?
It's developing. I like the neighborhoods north a little better, personally.
What areas are considered north of Heartland?
Heartland is very nice I just sold my house in Heartland. A lot of amenities two nice pools , gym, lake, they are building a Middle School in the community. I love Heartland and it’s affordable still. Heartland is also building a Brookshire grocery store in the front of the neighborhood.
