If you do all of them at the same day, i would rest at least 1 day. It would be better if you did the Bizeps and nack focused on the first day, then the chest and triceps on the second day and leg exercises on the 3rd and then you can Start over. Let the muscle rest for 48 hours. You can even put a 1day brake between your 3 days of working out

For those who are wondering what's 4 X 14, etc. It is basically sets X repetitions (or reps per set). So, 1 set of 14 repetitions followed by 3 more sets of 14 (or more) repetitions.

There’s no way you can get that much growth in 30 days, even the biggest of the biggest debunk growing massively in a month. You probably just take a lot of certain for water retention in the muscles which give you a fuller look, and the picture is obviously when you have a pump as you can see the veins, and when you have a pump it gives the illusion of a bigger bicep and tricep, so to round it all off, this video is honestly bullshit. Don’t forget you can’t just work out one part of the body everyday to see results, as rest/recovery is part of muscle growth along with good diet and progressive overload. Cool story but you’ll need to do those exercises for more than 4 months to actually see those results not 30 days
I was looking for a comment like this. Indeed, the timeframe needed for these exercises is much longer than the one presented. That is probably my only gripe with the video, since these are decent no-equipment workouts, but anyone trying them for only such a short amount of time will definitely grow disappointed.
