Printing MIDI to AUDIO in Studio One 6

Last week I ran into a problem where I tried to print MIDI audio to an audio track in Studio One 6, but couldn't find the solution. I hadn't programmed MIDI, otherwise it's very easy to use the 'Bounce Selection' option. In this video I explain how to print your audio from a MIDI instrument even if you don't have any MIDI notes programmed, for example when working with plugins like some of the Reason+ plugins I use where sounds are looped, but this can be applied to any other plug-in, even if you've programmed MIDI.
