Tip soak dates in warm water. That will soften the dates for better blending.
my anxiety has been through the roof lately so this video dropped at the perfect time!!
Ahhh so amazing! Caffeine and anxiety are definitely not a great combo, speaking from experience hehe
Loved the dates' seeds option i had no idea they could be used that way. Happy for learning something new today.
I just ordered roasted chicory root today to give me an alternative to my daily coffee, this video came at the perfect time for some other latte inspiration!Love to see the world slowing down a bit and listening to their bodies.
Agreed--the caffeine-fueled hustle is so real and draining
Sweet potato lattes are my favourite! So good with cinnamon
Agreeeed! Perfect for the season too :)
these look great!
Hojicha with pumpkin spice and cinnamon is heavenly in the fall!
These all sound like delicious alternatives to coffee. I'm really interested in the major date pit one & the sweet potato one.
It's always interesting to see what alternatives people use for coffee and to make some pretty lattes! Have you ever tried making black sesame vanilla praline/paste and pouring that over milk? A black/grey latte seems cool looking but that's just because I like black foods (the rainbow foods trend in RUclips broke me, so now I don't mind having things like blue spaghetti lol)
HAHA :) Yes! I do love a black sesame latte, and would recommend it. SO Yum! Perhaps a part 2 of this video?
Very good ;) going to try this! Yours look so nice… easy to follow step by step! I’m subscribed!! 💪😀
Awesome! Appreciate it!
Date Coffee for the win! In our opinion it's the best coffee alternative :)
it's super healthy and ours tastes like coffee because we also add chicory root!
These are so creative and I would make all of them 😍 (except maybe the last one lol)
BEAUTIFUL 😍
Thanks Angie
Great alternatives to coffee Remy but I don't see me giving up coffee anytime soon. But I do like alternatives for variety because I know people who only drink tea or coffee but I would find that boring. Love 🥰 the video and love 💕 Remy.
Fair enough! :) My mum's the same way, she loves coffee and will never give it up!
Where did you get your hojicha from? Sadly Ippodo only sells the stems/leaves and not the ground version!
I usually purchase from kettl!
I recently tried dandelion root tea as a coffee alternative! It’s caffeine free and has a bitter taste that is reminiscent of coffee & maca :) Definitely doesn’t ACTUALLY taste like coffee, but with all of the latte fixings, it’s not bad!
Ah my mum used to drink this all the time and she loved it!
i love dandy blend its a dandelloin coffee you can actually make it either hot or cold, Teechino is another great option as well
Dandelion tea is good for detoxing the body. People can also eat dandelion greens (the weeds) in salads and that can be good for the body, but Tammy are not used to the flavor.
These look delicious! Would it be possible for you to please link the recipes as they don't seem to be in the description box. Thank you!
Oh my gosh, I totally missed that! Adding it all now :)
@@Veggiekins Thank you so much, I really appreciate it!
so fun, I can't really drink coffee either. what's the hojicha you use?
I like Kettl hojicha!
Love these! Have you tried coffee cherries? It has caffeine but also has BDNF and magnesium that help with release of caffeine ☕️🍒🙌
How interesting! I've never actually heard of coffee cherries!
hey remi would you be willing to do a tutorial on how you edit your thumbnails and instagram photos? i love your aesthetic
Hi!! Will def think about it, I've never filmed a technical video like that so will have to figure out how haha :)
@@Veggiekins i just realized i misspelled your name, so sorry. but thank you for the consideration :)
Have your heard of rooibos espresso? My local organic cafe uses rooibos as a caffeine free espresso alternative
I havent tried it but am curious
You should totally try it! Rooibos is so good. It’s a South African tea with tons of antioxidants so lots of health benefits too. And it has a naturally sweet flavour. I drink it everyday it’s soo good
@@serendipideeday Wow thanks for this rec!!
I've never tried it, I've got to get my hands on it!
