Loved the dates' seeds option i had no idea they could be used that way. Happy for learning something new today.

I just ordered roasted chicory root today to give me an alternative to my daily coffee, this video came at the perfect time for some other latte inspiration!Love to see the world slowing down a bit and listening to their bodies.

Agreed--the caffeine-fueled hustle is so real and draining

Tip soak dates in warm water. That will soften the dates for better blending.

These all sound like delicious alternatives to coffee. I'm really interested in the major date pit one & the sweet potato one.

Date Coffee for the win! In our opinion it's the best coffee alternative :)
it's super healthy and ours tastes like coffee because we also add chicory root!

It's always interesting to see what alternatives people use for coffee and to make some pretty lattes! Have you ever tried making black sesame vanilla praline/paste and pouring that over milk? A black/grey latte seems cool looking but that's just because I like black foods (the rainbow foods trend in RUclips broke me, so now I don't mind having things like blue spaghetti lol)

HAHA :) Yes! I do love a black sesame latte, and would recommend it. SO Yum! Perhaps a part 2 of this video?

I recently tried dandelion root tea as a coffee alternative! It’s caffeine free and has a bitter taste that is reminiscent of coffee & maca :) Definitely doesn’t ACTUALLY taste like coffee, but with all of the latte fixings, it’s not bad!

Ah my mum used to drink this all the time and she loved it!

i love dandy blend its a dandelloin coffee you can actually make it either hot or cold, Teechino is another great option as well

Dandelion tea is good for detoxing the body. People can also eat dandelion greens (the weeds) in salads and that can be good for the body, but Tammy are not used to the flavor.

Great alternatives to coffee Remy but I don't see me giving up coffee anytime soon. But I do like alternatives for variety because I know people who only drink tea or coffee but I would find that boring. Love 🥰 the video and love 💕 Remy.

You should totally try it! Rooibos is so good. It’s a South African tea with tons of antioxidants so lots of health benefits too. And it has a naturally sweet flavour. I drink it everyday it’s soo good
