I don’t have a channel but here are my answers:

4. I was wearing Santal Vanille by The 7 Virtues once and my husband said “I think I said I liked this perfume before, but I’ve changed my mind.” But I haven’t gotten any weird comments from strangers
5. Not specifically, but I do shower in the evening and put perfume on after. Lately it’s been Vanilla 28 but sometimes I use my Lost Cherry dupe because my husband loves that one

8. No, but when Silk Santal by Kayali comes back in stock I definitely am
9. No, they’re not really into perfume like that
10. No, but like you said, I never spend that much all at once outside of my birthday. So it accumulates over time
11. No, I actually want my collection to be down to 21 perfumes. 6 for each season (Spring, Summer, Cold Weather), 2 bedtime scents, and my special occasion scent (currently BR540). I like having a small collection and using things up, but that’s just me. I LOVE seeing other people’s large collections! It gives me great ideas
12. Honestly about the same! Probably with all new scents but I really like my size/system

I'm not easily offended but I do try to be courteous with my scents and not offend people.
I no longer show my collection, family members cant understand why i have so much and i always feel like i need to defend myself. I have around 121 perfume bottles (1.7 and 3.4 oz). I want to downsize, going on a no buy 2024. Tfs
I don't anymore either, they just don't get it!! I will not be judged by my friends and family but I come on the internet to get judged by strangers 🤷♀️😂 It hurts less! Lol.

How fun! 1. Several Love & Nature scents from Grocery Outlet for $3.99. 2. Bond No 9 Tribeca as a gift. Initio Absolute Aphrodisiac second hand as my own purchase. 3. 77 1oz or larger 4. Mostly my husband if he doesn’t approve will as what I’m wearing. He hates the BR540 bandaid note. 5. Depends on the season. Mostly what I know are his favorites. 6. 8-10 7. Arms, shirt, side of neck. 8. No backups 9. Only hubby and kids. 10. Yes, because he has a bigger collection than I do and got me into collecting. 11. Downsizing, but open to replacing or unique scents 12. This year I want to get under 50. In 20 years? Under 20. I will use what I have and will only repurchase the best of the best. I am close to my 2024 goal as I have had about 200 FB and as many samples 1.5 years ago.
Oh wow you've really dwindled it down!! My goal is to cut mine down by half this year.
I've recently been smelling the bandaid too much in BR540.

@@CarmenScentrix it is nice to have a partner who enjoys fragrance. But not good the pockets. He is ready to do a big declutter as well, but has a harder time letting things go. Maybe he can just weed out the ones I dislike. LOL.

That's why I don't own niche, in case my family and friends would ask me what I am wearing and found out the price, they would think I am delulu. I also tend to wear my cheaper frags more often and find myself saving my niche for some special occasion that maybe occurs ones or twice a year. That's why I get decants of niche and special occasion frags, they last me forever.
That'd a great system! I also tend to want to save my more expensive ones for special occasions that don't happen very often. A smaller bottlet/decant makes more sense!

Fabulous fun chat! Our office cleaning lady said someone smelled like male perfume. I was wearing Grand Soir! Jajajjajaa
I was in a public restroom stall and a group of teenage girls said it smelled like a guy was. In there. I was wearing a personal favorite, Amber Fever. It was soon decluttered because my husband didn’t like it either. I don’t miss it with my large collection. There is always something close enough.
1. Cheapest- probably choco musk edp ~$6 100 ml
2. Expensive- 100 ml fragrance Dubois oud jaune intense... retails for $695, I paid $300. Yes, I lost my mind when I purchased it for myself for my birthday (justified I was using gift money) but I think my mind has come back to me now...
3. Around 175 but I have about 40 to sell (should let go of more if I'm honest with myself)
4. Weird comments only from my husband, esp when he doesn't like a scent or it's too strong for him (like yours, mine is also not into perfume)
5. The fragrances I know my husband loves (he loves watermelon scents and jasmine scents) will be one I choose when I want to alert him to a cuddling mood 😉
6. Average also 8-10 sprays, though I'm often layering perfume over scented lotion, hair perfume, and perfume oil as well!
7. I also avoid the front of my neck/chest most of the time but I do spray the back of my neck, forearms, legs, ankles, and love having my hair perfumed
8. I don't really buy back ups unless it is a total love that I'm running through quickly. And then it's more of a repurchase than a backup...
9. I have shown photos of my collection to people in my life that I share my fragrances with- I love making decants and samples to share with people who are interested in hearing about my hobby and trying out scents. But I know most people don't get it and that it maybe is accurate for people to think I'm a little odd for my collection, so I don't go around advertising my shelves 😂
10. I don't even know how much I spend lol I don't spend money I don't comfortably have to spend, and the activities and hobbies I choose to spend my money on aren't really something he would concern himself with so long as it isn't harming our financial situation
11. I'm currently spending nothing in January (on perfume, makeup, clothing, really on anything but food and essentials). I might extend it to see how long I can go bc I really would like to give love to what I have and determine what I am better off letting go of, especially my decants. This is also to help me regain control over my closet, skincare, haircare, makeup, etc
12. I can't even think ahead to 20 years. In the next couple years I would like to get my full bottle collection down to under 100, maybe even around 50, and stick to 8ml or 10 ml decants as the majority of my way to try and have variety.

It can definitely be hard but I muted all my resale fragrance groups, am staying off the website, being selective about the content I consume, and having honest moments with myself where I look at everything I already have and haven't even tried when I get the urge to shop. I look long & hard for affordable perfumes that smell really good. I’ve been mainly very successful. I have only a handful of pricier perfumes. Mostly $20.00 to 40.00 perfumes 😊
I would say 75% of my collection is that way. With only a handful over $100. I've never gone over $200.

This is a fun tag❤! My best friend/roommate doesn't usually like gourmands and I do so he's made some shady remarks about some of my gormands lol. The last one he said "Why would you want to smell like coffee" 🤣

GGgggraggghhh! “I have a question?!!?” He’s so cute it makes me grind my teeth and they’re gonna be little rock nibbler nubs if I don’t stop it. I know it’s a weird reaction, I can’t help it. Cute things make me grind my teeth lol. He makes me miss when my kids were small, he’s a super fun age. Your collection size is probably three times larger than mine but I have Mercari’d a third of my collection over the past month and for some reason it feels really good, I thought I’d miss them but I don’t. And I’ve only purchased three since the declutter lol and I don’t feel as much guilt since my collection is smaller. Fomo is my downfall. Choco musk is my cheapest atm. I think Blanche Bete might be the most expensive, not sure.

OMG! I think we are related! 😂. Yea, I don’t share my collection either. My sister flipped out just seeing some of my BBW purchases. I hide many of my perfumes in the closet. Am I sick?
No, people just don't get it. I'm sure they wouldn't bat an eye if it's makeup. Large makeup collections have been so Normalized but not fragrance. I think we are just ahead of the crowd. As long as we don't have huge collections of everything, I don't see anything wrong.

2. My Diptyque perfumes
3. around 60
4. One time my friend said she was getting a headache from what I was wearing (Ariana Grande Ari)
5. I don't have a particular perfume for "cozy time" but one that comes to mind that could be good for that is La Belle
6. on average 4-6 sprays, but weak performers/freshies I overspray and really strong stuff like 2 times.
7. inner elbow area, wrists, each side of my neck unless I've been feeling irritation there in which case I spray the back of my neck and chest. Sometimes clothes, hair, legs.
8. I have bought backups but I don't want to do it anymore, because my tastes can change and besides there will always be new things to love and discover.
9. I have done it but the reaction was "wow, that's a lot". I don't have a problem sharing on perfume forums like on reddit, but "normies" don't understand or care.
10. he knows I buy a lot and that I'm really into perfumes but doesn't know the prices and I don't want to tell him.
11. I am trying to slow down. I have a lot already and I have accumulated most of it in a pretty short time.
12. Less than 100 bottles and all of it loves or strong likes.
