It looks lovely and most import is that she feels “herself again” and that’s what matters. If it lifts her spirits then it’s great. A little make up will take away the washed out look, just blusher and lipstick and she’ll look amazing. 👌🏻
No sections, it says on the thumbnail. 😮 It's not shampoo, honey. Glad to hang out with you again, Hair Buddha. Have a great Monday, Hair Buddha and friends. 🌞❤✨️
Yes I love a nice warm blonde, especially a sandy, buttery blonde with dimension like Blake Lively. Everyone is obsessed with ash without considering if it suits them or not lol.
The results are amazing 🤩 I'm a licensed cosmetologist and hair stylist and she did a amazing job and also gave great advice about doing it yourself at home so yes perfectly done ❤❤❤✊🏽✊🏽
I always find myself wondering what Hair Buddha would say/do with my hair when I watch these videos. I've learned so much from his videos...and I am a Kindergarten teacher with no hair backgeound whatsoever, lol.
Lol so true alot of ppl say that when they get the whole hair down blonde that's why most lol go for foils scattered around there hair mixed in amongst there natural hair
Someone I grew up with, both her and her brother had natural platinum hair! Lots of people didn’t believe it was real, but I knew her from the age of 7, so I knew it was 100% real! Natural platinum is still warmer than when people get it dyed-that’s closer to silver imo. Still pretty, but not the same.
@Baggins_lover there are lots of different tones of platinum the same as there are lots of different tones of brunette. Platinum blonde usually refers to the level. Level 10-12.
Both suits her but i agree to you that warmer blond would look better, on every person. I dont understand why so many people want to have blond hair, and always platinum.... there a lot of beautiful blond shades. And the most beautiful is a warm blond with very bright highlights
I’ve always loved Diana Dors hair from a very young age and that’s why I’ve always wanted to go platinum, my nanny always said, “your hair will go like that when you get old like me” lol😂
I totally understand her, because I also was never happy with my natural color which is an ashy medium brown. Yeah, natural hair could be so much more healthy and shiny, but if the color isn't *you*... 🤷♀ The final result looks good in my opinion. I also prefer the warmer golden-influenced tones, since I'm a copperhead for almost five years now. 😊
I feel this girl, with the not liking her natural color, as someone with dark blonde hair. It gets a dingy weird color as you age, just sort of a mix of dull and brassy. But an extra light blonde washes me out too, so I’m on the bayalage boat, best of both worlds and looks more natural
I think just a half shade deeper with more gold would suit her, the in between before the toner made her skin and eyes pop the most. Before and after kinda both washed her out.
My daughter's natural hair color ranges from platinum to very dark blond - practically light ashy brown and it looks so beautiful braided. She doesn't wear it loose very often mainly because some of the hair is wavy and some is straight and together it looks like a mess so I either have to do some kind of heatless curls or blow her hair straight which takes forever.
I liked her regrowth color and it would have been cool if she tried to blend it together with the bottom. But I also get what she was saying about not feeling like herself with a certain color; if my hair was platinum I wouldn't recognize myself and feel like me.
I have a similar natural dark blonde hair to the girl in the video. I had my hair coloured for the first time in about 6 years about 3 weeks ago. For my blonde foils, my hairdresser used 10vol developer and it needed rinsing out before my fashion colour.
I also would agree with the person making the video and hair Buddha- her natural hair is dark blonde. I have a similar shade of hair and people want to call it brown all the time, lol.
❤ Hey there Budda guy, I've watched a few of your hair videos and your vacation vids too. And I'm here for it all. You were scolding her for saying she had brown hair and maybe she did, idk maybe I missed it but I did catch her saying she had dark blonde hair at 1:20 into your video. Gonna get back to your video now, can't wait to see if she does it right or not. And don't get me wrong I love the scoldings, that's how we all learn. Much respect and God bless you and your whole family ✝️❤️
I did my hair 5 days ago and I needed 18 (!!) hours - without the breaks in between. I did it on 2 days. I would have loved to film it, but I am camera shy. My hair is quite long, until my waistline, already damaged, pre lightened and colored. I have a natural level 6/7, had level 9 mids and ends (warm-neutral) , level 10 tips (cool), but about 4 inches of orangy hair in my ear region. I did all over highlights/foilayage to a level 10 and colored all the other hairs with a mix of level 6+7. (Because I wanted more contrast, not blonde all over anymore.) This took about 11 hours. Honestly, I was so desperate in between, my feet hurt and I regretted doing this. But forutantely I kept on going, altough it felt like a never ending story. Wasnt fully satisfied with some strands of the outcome and worked specifically on them the next day. This took about another 4 hours. Then I applied 2 different toners, a level 7/8 at the top and level 9/10 at the bottom. This took an hour. Ah and I forgot, the day before I started I already did a bleach bath to remove some of the permanent hair color because I knew I had some level 10 strands under it and I didnt want to torture them with the full bleach foil application. And taking the sections before I started my highlighting took almost 2 hours. (Cause I wanted to take the best sections possible so I can work in different time steps, wash out in between etc, small enough and symmetrical.) I mean the result is not perfect, highlights are not that symmetrical and couldnt do them until the sculp, so I left about 1.5inch (because I was afraid of bleeding), 1 hair foil in the back did break completely (despite using Blonde Me and 20vol), but at least I have no patchiness, no orange, no spots and overall I am really happy. The highlights lifted beautifully and I did manage to take really small weaves. I am also happy with the toners, its really nice cool blonde without turning violett/grey. I knew it would take me at least 7-8 hours, but I wasnt expecting 18 hours. But thanks to you, I did only use 20 vol instead of 30, which probably saved me a lot of hair. and the LIFE SAVING tip of yours was to use a peace of hard cardboard as a underground for doing the highlights/foils. I would have gone crazy without it and would have probably needed twice as long - at least. Thanks for sharing all your knowledge and I really love, love all your reaction videos!
I got about the same shade of her natural colour and I prefer colouring it with box dye. I’m very glad it’s okay to let it grow out for months and I have different variants for 20 euros at most with the dye. But yeah it turned out great for her. If she likes it that’s the most important part.
Her natural colour is the same as mine but I’m going grey FAST on the top although really just on the top 😥 underneath is still a lot darker 😭 I Have had pink hair for about 7-8yrs. not bleached, just lifted (maybe 20 vol, I didn’t do it myself) and the roots always grew out well blended. Bit harsher now though with so much grey (love my pink hair so not changing it) @HairBuddha is there a way to restore pigment or encourage hair to produce pigment again? Not convinced it’s greying at a normal rate, but I’ve had blood tests etc for hair thinning and everything is “satisfactory” so who knows. I just want my hair back to the nice blended regrowth 😢
Lol the grass is always greener..... That being said, I like my dark brown. I wouldn’t mind some highlights, but I don’t want the maintenance, so I'm happy with what I have.
I am a natural light blonde and I hate it and make it darker all the time…maybe I should be more happy with my natural color 🤔 after seeing all these people bleaching their hair 😅
I love my auburn hair. Unfortunately I'm getting old so I add a pretty amethyst color as a highlight. It darkens my color a little but my white hairs are pretty gem pink.
@@EllenBZthat’s why I watch these hair fails so I can stop bleaching my hair 😂I realized how soft and shiny my natural hair is at the root. I’ve learned to appreciate my medium brown hair
I like the second color. I'm moving toward plat but still have some warm blond tones, especially when I wet or gel my hair to tame it...I have more course hair, naturally curly and right now, it's super short so it must be tamed especially in the humid summer. My face is always washed out in the mornings but as soon as I put on a modest amount of face paint, I look "otay"
TBH this was me some years ago, same starting color. I never let the roots grow out that much so I didn't have that issue. I also used a 20 developer so I can confirm that 20 vol was all i needed. I was always happy with the results I got basically using the same products; it's what the internet tells us to do, right? I think that obviously since she said she feels like herself with the platinum it's the right choice for her. I felt that way as well at the time, I think that it's a very late 20s thing to do and it can match how we feel on the inside. Older me might look a little strange with hair that platinum so you know, YOLO, smoke 'em if you got em.
I really like the final. It suits her. For a single bleach process, it's good. I'm going to have to try T18 on my hair. I think mine is light enough now.
I am not a fan of my 7A (super ashy) hair. However, i have to color it to give it texture. My hair is fine and slick and i have very little of it. Coloring helps it hold style...as does infrequent washing
I personally like a warm blonde better and I think it’s the most viable. I used to be a cool-ish blonde and I think it looked better with my skin tone, but it also was super broken and short.
The end result was not a fail! Turned out nice, but it washes her out.
Edit: I agree that she would look nice with some highlights, like a balayage.
I prefer her natural colour but she’s happier with the bleached version so that’s what counts
Don't like your hair color. Shave your head and wear wigs! Problem solved
Why is she using that vintage casserole dish???!!!!????
Why not?
Lol
At least it’s not a metal bowl! 😂
The green glass dish is beautiful, too. She doesn't know
I know please separate your food from your hair supplies fr it isn't edible lol
I really like the light blond on her. It suits her skin tone and looks really pretty.
I like both but know she looks angelic and it matches with her calmness in the video so I prefer the result
It looks lovely and most import is that she feels “herself again” and that’s what matters. If it lifts her spirits then it’s great. A little make up will take away the washed out look, just blusher and lipstick and she’ll look amazing. 👌🏻
I agree that high and low lights would be better but I'm happy that she did a great job and loves it.
I personally preferred how she looked with the red hair from the pics she showed. I think it best suited her skin tone.
She doesn't know what she's talking about but says it with such confidence, that's how misinformation spreads, lol.
She did a great job but her first color was so much better on her. She looks washed out now, but still beautiful.
I like her hair first, she has such a lovely natural base.
I love her natural hair color. !!! She shouldn’t even touch it !!! Healthy hair is best.
Nice, better results than I thought it would be.
Good morning HB! So happy to have my Monday morning coffee and HB serotonin boost 😊
Her natural hair color is really pretty, that is the one that I wanted to achieve for myself
I didn't expect her hair to be as pretty as it is. Glad it didn't go really yellow 💛💛
Loved the blond part of her hair the first time. A few highligths would have ben perfect. Love the outcome as well, she is pretty with both colours.
I'm so happy she loves the end result, she did such a great job!!😁
No sections, it says on the thumbnail. 😮 It's not shampoo, honey. Glad to hang out with you again, Hair Buddha. Have a great Monday, Hair Buddha and friends. 🌞❤✨️
Love love love Mondays!! I touch up my hair every month because my hair grows so fast. Never any damage. I like the first better.
She looks like Luna from HP! It's beautiful and dreamy. She did a great job.
Hi Hair Buddha! I hope you’re having a good day today. Thank you for always teaching us while entertaining us!💜
As someone also with natural darkish blonde hair i can confirm 30vol will definitely get your hair light in just one process
That is a beautiful buttery blonde
She did a great job!
I followed your advice with keeping some warmth to the roots and it does look really nice 😊
I love dark roots because it makes the blonde lengths POP, feel the same about darker brows with blonde hair.
Yes I love a nice warm blonde, especially a sandy, buttery blonde with dimension like Blake Lively. Everyone is obsessed with ash without considering if it suits them or not lol.
Happy Monday love me some Hair Budda and Monday morning! What a great start to the week especially when you're not feeling well! Thanks Hair Budda!❤️💋
Feel better ❤
I love the outcome!
Awesome - she did a great job 👏🏻 I did like the slightly darker blond lengths colour at the beginning slightly better though.
I liked that very short blip where she was a auburn the best.
When I had flat single colour blonde my Mom said I looked like a boiled egg😂
That’s so funny! Your mom is awesome 💐
😂😂😂😂😂
Lol so true alot of ppl say that when they get the whole hair down blonde that's why most lol go for foils scattered around there hair mixed in amongst there natural hair

Oh wow, and they stayed this light? 😳
I was platinum as a kid myself and now I‘m dark blond 😂
@@Lorelai382 They did! They both have beautiful hair
Both suits her but i agree to you that warmer blond would look better, on every person.
I dont understand why so many people want to have blond hair, and always platinum.... there a lot of beautiful blond shades. And the most beautiful is a warm blond with very bright highlights
She used Grandma’s casserole dish. I don’t know how to feel about this.
I understand when she says, she doesnt feel like herself !! After 10 years of pink hair , i feel like i was born this way !! 😂
I think ANY CHANGES could help this chic!!!!! Bleach blond, brown, etc……..whatever.
It’s definitely not gonna hurt!!!!!!
Wow a good blonde video. PS I loved the dishes she used. Those brought good juju.😁😁
She would be lovely with her natural colour with some highlights
I prefer low lights to create depth … it makes for a stunning look as opposed to a sometimes washed out look.
It looks really pretty
I loved it before, but man that is a beautiful color she got
I’ve always loved Diana Dors hair from a very young age and that’s why I’ve always wanted to go platinum, my nanny always said, “your hair will go like that when you get old like me” lol😂
My natural hair colour is dark blonde with ginger undertones. I think I liked the first colour on her. It was nice and warm.
the second one stay really good on her
I totally understand her, because I also was never happy with my natural color which is an ashy medium brown. What’s the brand that you prefer to blonde me? I’m not familiar with it and I couldn’t quite make out the brand you mentioned.
She did a great job, but I agree with you HB, a shadow root would look better with it.
I had her hair color when I was younger and I hated it, too. I see it now and think it looks better than the after.
I like the 1st. color the best
Platinum! I think most of these girls had Barbie dolls when they were kids.
I like the first one
The first one 😊
Good Morning Hair Buddha! Thanks for the video! I like the first one, she does need more depth.
Wow I was amazed by the results & thanks Hair Buddha ✂️😊👍
I liked her regrowth color and it would have been cool if she tried to blend it together with the bottom.
But I also get what she was saying about not feeling like herself with a certain color; if my hair was platinum I wouldn't recognize myself and feel like me.
I follow that girl too I think her results were good but agree about low lites or shadow root.
Have a great week everyone 💖😊

“T18 is coming”😂😂😂
I love it that is a beautiful warm tone looks way better than her natural color
I also would agree with the person making the video and hair Buddha- her natural hair is dark blonde. I have a similar shade of hair and people want to call it brown all the time, lol.
I feel like light brown and dark blonde are the same thing 😂

And NOTHING looks as good as a person's natural color.
My hairdresser said that I am naturally a level 6 ash, but I have foil highlights to level 10 pearly. I love all of the tones that come out.

4:30 And the result is bleached spaghetti 😂
The diff gloves got me weak lol
I think the first color looks prettier with her complexion.
I liked her hair in darker better, but she did a good job in what she wanted to accomplish
Hello HB 💜
Love to you and your family.
The facial expression is key 😂😂😂😂😂
I do like blonde hair but I love red hair
If there’s no time for sectioning…. then wait until there is.
Period.
I completely agree; the allover solid blonde does not look as good. A shadow root would be amazing.

Gorgeous ❤🎉
The first one.
