I tore my ACL in my right knee about a month ago and haven’t got surgery yet. I was supposed to get surgery this week. Instead I was playing basketball and tried to cut with my other leg and I’m pretty sure I tore my other ACL as well.. not very religious but I can really use a prayer right now.. to whomever you guys pray to. ❤️
Tell me about it, I just got out of lower back pain and when I was happy to return doing sport my knees started hurting, now I dont know how much more time I will be here without doing nothing, it sucks.
I'm 4 months post op ACL and meniscus repear and I've been so paranoid about everything I do. always worried if I retore it, and this video helps calm my mind about it!
everyone who is watching this video after acl injury... man I know the struggle, and my prayer is with you guys! MRI doesnt show the complete picture of my acl because of the bruise. Hope its not teared..
i tore my acl 3 days ago, confirmed by the hospital. first basketball practice since covid hit, very very mad as i was so excited for the upcoming season
I can understand your pain. I tore mine in February at my team's basketball match. Due to covid and my parents' protectiveness I wasn't able to get the surgery and now I won't be able to play this year as well. But don't worry you can overcome this! Even without the surgery I feel fine there's just a risk that comes with doing reckless things. Just continue doing post-ACL injury workouts on both of your knees.
i have 3 torn ligaments in each knee and i still keep on going its not as bad as people tend to think ive first torn my acl when i was 11 im 21 now i still play football basketball and i still run 5 miles every morning before work
Well in my opinion that's the worst Injury that u can have. I'm already 6 months injured and still going, It's a disaster, espacially for your running carreer. I'm not really patient and I really want to run again.
let me ask u something I tried to dunk from baseline but as I was going up something just felt funny on the way down I didn't hear a pop or nothing but it's been two year and my left knee is about 45 percent it hurts it do u think I Tore my acl
tore my acl playing soccer last month. jumped to stop a ball crossing over, landed terribly wrong with all my weight on the outside (left side), saw my knee crunch and twist like from a horror movie...and the sound it made was crucial. no more leg day no more soccer, feelsbadman..
When they do this test it freaking hurts. I don't let them do it anymore. I"m like "Yes I already know that my acl is screwed stop hurting me!" I don't actually say this but it's what i feel like saying.
Omg I just found out today and I’m devastated. As I cannot work yet and have no benefit options to help myself and family. I was already having a terrible year, many major problems have happened all since this year started. I know I will make it thru. I am trying my best to stay positive. It’s just really hard finding out about this full ACL tear plus numerous fractures, other 2 ligaments torn, and and meniscus bucket handle tear! Just jumped while playing with my family at the park, and landed wrong twisting my knee and it gave out from under me.
I hope you've been healing well ❤ you're injury sounds so complicated and painful I can't even imagine it. It's crazy how the smallest movements can take us out even when we're young. I sprained my ACL and my knee is swollen rn. Sending healing energy for you 😊 💛
I was concerned I might have torn my ACL, thank you for making this video, I didn't notice any movement but still I went to get checked up turns out I have a sprain not a complete Tear but once again thank you so much
Best advice I can give when it comes to tearing your acl is that you will hear a pop in your knee and may feel a hot sensation in your knee for a bit. It will swell up and you may be able to walk after a bit. Get the MRI and a second opinion if you need. After the surgery you should start your physical therapy exercises right away as you are able to. The longer you wait the harder it will be to get your leg straight again and start to feel strength in it. I still have to stretch my knee daily and it’s been a year. This injury sucks and I waited a week long to start my exercises and wish I started right away. Also don’t puss out when it comes to the pain of working your leg. It will hurt the straighter you try to get it.
@maddy m If you do have the same injury and you get surgery, Make sure you do your exercises and stretch your leg. It was very painful and my leg would get stiff. It made it worst since i didn't start my exercises right away. It will probably take a little while before you will be back to 100%. This is all if you have the same injury. It helped me to straighten my leg when I had physical therapy and we tried to push my exercises. It hurt but felt better after the sessions.
I tore my right knee acl almost 5 years ago, then got it repaired almost 3 years ago (waited almost 2 years to get it repair cause started a new job and university). Got it repaired with salt bolts (its like metal bolts but there made of salt and dissolve with time) and it was succesfull. Started to lose weight to go into the military, but then playing volleyball a week ago, tore my left knee acl. Thinking about it, just makes me really sad and hopeless. People dont understand, is not the physical part, but the mentality of it and it can crush you. Hope to get private healthcare to get the same surgery and hope to god that in the future I can accomplish my goals of being in the military. Prayers to all of you sports people and people in general who are sideline in your own journey.
I've got my ACL tear on my left knee for how many years now and and meniscal tear on the right...its painful and difficult especially if you are lack financially...
I did both these tests at home and there was no movement in my knee, it felt relatively stable. However, I decided to go for an MRI scan anyway, and it revealed that I had completely torn my ACL as well as a tear in my meniscus.
Question: Did you have that telltale pop sensation and sound other people keep talking about? Just wondering, because I just injured it tonight but didn't experience a pop/crack. But I had immediate discomfort and for a few minutes it was tough to put weight on the knee.
At practice a few weeks ago my foot was planted but my knee turned inside, there was a pop. Instantly there was swelling and I couldn't straighten it or put much weight on it, after a few days I went to the doctor, they were afraid that it was my meniscus or my ACL but thankfully it was due to my patella shifting causing Patellar Subluxation, I sadly have to wear a knee brace for a while but it's better than my ACL
I've had this for years and still do I never knew what happen to is so I play with it all the time moving my knee back and forth.. I'm thinking back at it and get queazy
I always heard other people telling me they torn there ACL, I used to brush it off like no big deal! Then it happened to ME! Well not ACL but runner's knee. I'm so pissed I cannot run and it hurts to just walk. knee injury's are no freaking joke. From what I read it takes forever to heal as well. Months... This happened two weeks ago and I started physical therapy because of it.
My parents say its just growing pains but ive looked everywhere(probably shouldnt of) and everything that came up was Acl Injury. I have lots of trouble walking, fear of dislocation, my joint is weak, my knee clicks really loud and its painful. I know thats bot normal could it be acl?
Hey I've also has the same problem with my knee for 3 years now, has your knee gotten better or what's the case right now? Please help me, I really want to play soccer for my 8th grade team but I don't know if I can fix it soon enough, I have about a month and a half, please help me please!
+Sports MiX see an orthopaedic specialist of it's torn you won't be playing for at least a year unfortunately but it's better you get it sorted out now or else you might mess up your knee behond repair
Well Ive been to the doctor and they say I might have EDS, I had previous doctor visits for things related to this but obviously the doctor couldn't relate it just based on the small things, I did go to the doctor a few months ago for when I stand up I get very dizzy and my vision disappears for a few mins and they couldn't find anything wrong with me they said they cant diagnose me with POTs because my heart rate increases by 27 bum when standing it has to be 30 for a diagnosis but they said it's likely and those 2 things are related and also if you have overflexible joints that give you pain and painful clicking see your doctor
You are your biggest health advocate. If you feel or think something is wrong go to a doctor. Unless your parents are doctors or the proper medical professional they should not be giving you medical advice. Don’t be afraid to stand up for yourself. If you think your diagnosis was not correct tell your doctor or consult another doctor.
I already feel this in the knee from a bicycle injury.. I iced myself I'm walking sideways... I can still go to work because my job doesn't demand much effort... but I wanna self treat myself ice , bengay ect
@@ahmadelshbasy3222 horrible my condition got worse I needed physical therapy I’m glad to say I got back to my bike 🚲 my girlfriend thought that my leg was on 🔥 fire
I was on a trampoline and came down and my knee popped and was honestly one of the worst pains of my life. The doc did one of these tests on me actually. My good knee first, then my bad knee. She said there was very little stability in my left knee and I'm scheduled for a MRI Wednesday... this happened this past Thursday and my knee is still swollen. Can barely bend it at 90 degrees and can barely walk. After watching this I feel like I know what's going on...
Thank you so much for this video! The first time I tore my acl, meniscus, and lcl, my athletic trainer did these tests and I had completely forgotten what they were until now! Unfortunately I think I have torn it again, it feels the same as it did the first time and felt totally unstable when I got someone to perform these tests on my knee (I've already torn my meniscus completely again as well). I wish I could get the surgery but I'm a college student with no health insurance and mounds of student debt 😂 are there any exercises to strengthen the knee around the ACL area so that I can at least feel a little more normal? Or even to just alleviate the pain until I can get it surgically repaired?
I’m right in the same boat with you… I don’t have health insurance either because I cannot afford it and the job I work doesn’t provide for it either. However I am a current student and may check out the acceptance criteria for what the qualification criteria is.
I played softball for over 20 years. I’ve been doing some good hiking with mileage and climbs. The outside of my knee hurts shooting up and down. Yes could be just IT band too but my leg always wants to twist. I get pops in my knee too. Maybe time to have it looked at. I’m really looking to do some long distance hiking and I don’t want an accident.
I tore my ACL in a soccer game 3 years ago and got an MRI a week later and never followed up with my ortho doc to review the images because the swelling came down and didn’t think much of it. A few months later, I was back to training, weight lifting and playing soccer. Lived for the next 3 years with no pain or inflammation and re injured the same knee playing a soccer game. Finally went back to my ortho doc and after this exact assessment and reviewing my old MRI, he stated I tore my ACL 3 years ago and need surgery if I want to keep playing. That made me depressed. He stated the muscles around my knee have compensated for the lack of an ACL but will be susceptible to re injuring my knee and causing more damage to my meniscus and other ligaments. I’m 28 now, and after 1 week of my recent injury I can walk with no pain or instability. Should I hold off on the surgery if I stop playing sports and experiencing no pain or other symptoms?
I tore my ACL and had surgery when i was 13, it was the worst thing. i couldn't play any sports and i was in my bed for around 2 weeks to a month after the surgery. i hope people don't have to go through the same stuff as i did
i fell on my bike and when i fell my bike fell on my leg, my leg got stuck and my body kept turning. i can walk, but i cant bend my leg up to a certain point and it's really hard to stand on the leg. is it a tear?
Does it hurt? I used to get that too I believe, maybe try adjusting your seat and or handles? You may be bending your knees too much. I would just recommend looking into proper cycling posture and positioning
Many time AcL is lax ....you need your hamstrings and quads to be in very good shape Because without your proper thigh shape any leg will twist easily.
I met with an accident three months back and consulted doctors. They said, it is just an injury and gave Knee immobiliser to wear. I got an MRI scan done and the report says the following: Meniscus : Medial - Normal, Lateral: Normal Cruciate Ligaments: ACL & PCL: No interstitial tear of ACL & PCL, Fracture of tibia, tear the ACL & PCL attachment; no significant displacement of the fragments. Collateral Ligaments: Media: Intact, Lateral: Intact. Joint Space: Mild effusion, sub-cutaneous oedema around Knee joint. Patella: Normal Bone: Depressed fracture of 7mm lateral tibial plateau Posteriorly. Comminuted fracture of tibial spinous process near. Muscles: Oedema in vastus lateralis. Mild joint effusion. Could you please help me to understand the report. Now, I can walk but some time, I feel like twist in the right leg. Can you please suggest what should I do to recover soon. Thanks
+physicaltherapyvideo Thanks. What does report Mean "Depressed Fracture of 7mm lateral tibial plateau posteriorly", "Mild joint effusion", "mild effusion, sub-cutaneous oedema around knee joint". Whenever, I consult Orthopedic doctor, they will say it is recovering but it takes time. How much time normally it takes to recover from a hair line fracture. Does I need to consult physiotherapist. Please advice.
My knees has been hurting for a month now but I only feel pain when I kick something or turn my knee. I can run and jump fine. Any suggestions? Great vid btw
Hello I admire you...I had a surgery on my knee 6 months ago ,an Artoscopy...but I am still I can not running I get a sciatica and I can not bend 100 per cent...what should I do???thank you so much I admire both of you
I dislocated my knee back in August of last year. I immediately fell and couldn't stand or walk for a couple minutes. After that I started walking but it was very painful. I got x rays done that weekend and they were clean. Then a couple days later it stopped hurting but started back again a couple weeks after. Now it is off and on. Sometimes it's really bad like now but other times it's not that bad. I can walk and run. It just hurts when I bend it so I have to straighten it after a little. I have done physical therapy which didn't help. My pain is also mostly around the middle to bottom part of my knee cap and on the inside of outside part of my knee. What is the possibility that I have damaged some soft tissue? And just so you know this is my right knee that hurts.
***** I talked to another doctor and he told me to just keep doing my exercises so I don't have to have surgery. I have been doing them for a little over 3 months and haven't seen any improvement. I didn't just half do them either. I just feel comfortable with the fact that he didn't do an MRI so I could be damaging something and making it worse without knowing it.
***** So I have a question. I had to get an MRI on my knee today and on the paper I saw that my doctor said that I was having recurrent patellar subluxation. I know that a subluxation is just a partial dislocation and I also know that my knee fully dislocated at the time of my injury but that was the only time it happened. I also read that when you have subluxations something the joint will partially dislocate when it's bended, flexed, or straightened. So because of that could this mean that my knee was subluxating when he was assessing it or was he going by what I said?
Is there pain behind the knee with an ACL injury? I have the unstable feeling and it is the worst pain if even the slightest amount of pressure is put on it. I was given a leg immobilizer and crutches and have an Ortho appointment next week.
If you tore an ACL in my opinion YOU FREAKIN KNOW IT! I tore mine as in the worst kind of tear a person can do and there was no question.. I knew what it was and I've never felt such pain! My doc moved a tendon from the lower part of my knee to build me a replacement ACL.. When it happened It sounded like a pop like a pingpong ball getting slapped and then after rolling on the ground like a sprayed roach for ten or 15 minutes, I tried to walk and my bones literally slipped out of place. Awful awful awful injury!! I never drank that much since that night in ten years. Talk about instant sober!! Holy God it hurt! Ten years have passed.. not perfect but doing as well as can be expected. No more surgeries. Thank you Dr. Mike Cockrell. You're the best knee guy ever!!
DaddySinister idk whether to laugh at your humor or cry over your pain. Im sure you agree though.. these guys wont need to explain a torn acl to a person that tears an acl.. there's no doubt about it. 😲😲
Stephanie Pynes it might have seemed like I was joking, but I did actually see what seemed like a bright light when the pain hit. I had people around me that wanted to help me... I had to tell them to just leave me alone for a few minutes. The pain was intense and excruciating.
Happened to me a year ago twisted my knee from playing basketball, I had cast for 2 weeks, didn't do any surgery, the doctor prescribed medications, and just let it heal and its still healing I couldn't over use it to sports again :( I had bruise like that never goes away up to now (not painful though) its just there.
I have had a hairline tear of my right ACL in the past and now I suffer from Chronic Knee Displacement at times and is there a chance that if I have a dislocation that I can tear my ACL?
8 days from now I will be 4 years post opp. I never have been injury prone in 16 years and I tore it on a baseball field running trough first base. Intense pain at first (Adam Eaton injury to a T) followed by some numbing and swelling. I was not happy with my surgeon however. 1, scar was not properly sealed and took 4 months to seal and 2, I was pressed and rushed into walking. I needed a second surgery for scar tissue removal. I’ve broken a few small bones and hyper extended a few joints. But I don’t wish this injury on to no one. Especially a top prospect in his sophomore or junior year of school.
I tore my acl in July & still waiting for confirmation from the hospital as physio was a suggestion, dunno if you got any advice? I did make a video about it if you could check it out
Thigh. Upper, Thigh upper, what do I do to lesson the pain and exercise. How long do I stay off my feet?. No pain in the, knee thank God.. Please help. Ten pain. Help!
Thank you so much for this video. I've got a doozy. I think I have a torn ACL , torn MCL, and shattered patella. I know for certain my patella is shattered. Just waiting on my insurance coverage to start so I can get it taken care of and get my life back. I'm 42 and get about 20% use out of my right knee.
Was playing vball last night and landed on my left leg and landed weird. Knee gave out and I saw my knee go all the way left and then right while hearing a crunchy noise. Was gonna go to the hospital but I have no insurance:( I know it's my acl too:(
damn. Totally forgot bout this post. Yea it was my acl. Had to bare it for two weeks before my insurance kicked in. Physical therapy was hard af. But now im good, with a big scar on my left knee.
I've torn both of my ACL's. Tore my first one (right knee) in 2014, when I was 14 years old. Jumped and landed wrong and I just heard a loud snap. Couldn't get up and my knee locked inward if I put pressure on that leg.My teammate about 6-7 ft away said even he heard the pop. Then I tore my left one 2 years later or last spring, and also stretched my MCL. Both times were excruciating and after the 2nd time, I just decided to stop playing. Had to have rehab for about 3-4 months each time and spent countless weeks in bed after the surgeries. From experience, this injury is god awful. I'd rather break a bone then have this happen again.
considering all these tests i dont think i have an acl tear but i have all the symptoms of acl tear like, swelling, heard a loud pop during the injury, etc. Should i do an mri or should i wait for sometime and see if it recovers?
My knee's have been hurting for a couple years now, but it's starting to get unbearable. My knees feels disjointed, and unstable. The sharp pains are random, and usually occur when i'm bending down, stairs or running.. any ideas?
Okay, it looks like my symptoms are closely related to that, but there are some other specific things that I notice. I don`t feel any pain when I am running or anything else doing in standing position. A popping sound appears very often during any kind of movement, but the most pain feels when I am squatting in generally. Getting into the bottom of a squat, there is a popping sensation as well.It is located right under and on the outside of the patella and going with like 1 inch down the tibia. Another symptom that I have is when I get on my knee, or whenever the patella touches hard surface, a momentous sharp pain feeling feels right on the top of the patella.
My knee popped and i have swelling and i can barely move my leg without pain. I did a radio and they found nothing. Is it ACL? Not sure if i should do an MRI.
@@arib2022 Good guess, i just did an MRI 2 hours ago and unfortunately it turned about to be both an ACL and MCL tear. Man the next 8 months will be very tough, just be careful out there and don't risk everything when playing.
yeah, the same thing happened to me a couple of month back... it feels like your knee is about to pop, kinda like when you pop a finger... I had to stay in bed for a couple of days.. even now it does not feel ok.
I hope you guys go back and answer questions. When I was 8 years old I hurt my knee when I was 11 I torn my Acl almost into it was barely hanging on. I continued hurting my knee over and over a lot well needless to said I never went to the doctor then later down the road it started hurting really bad. By this time I am about 29 years old. I go to the doctor they sent me to physical therapy and at that time in my life alot of things was going on and I went to therapy like two times and never went back.I continued to hurt my knee alot.I mean alot to where I would hurt it and couldnt walk for a week or more until I got it to pop back into place after a while I learned how to get it to pop right back into place the same day.Now I'm 46 years old havnt hurt my knee in a while but it hurts so bad and I do good to walk on it or stand on it and it is really swollen really bad and my leg and foot is swollen too.i went to the doctor today to see if there was any fluid that they could remove. There was no fluid in my knee.I have a appointment to see a orthopedic surgeon on Sept 16 and I'm scared to death they probably will have to replace my knee because everytime I take a step it feels like I am going to fall like the top is going one way and the bottom is going to go the other way. I'm scared it's going to pop out of place just by walking and especially going up and down the steps I have to take one step at a time and I can't take the pain anymore. Can you tell me what you think or has anyone had something like this happen and what was the results Thanks
When I tore my ACL my trainer did everything they did in the video, told me everything looked good and I'd be back in 2 weeks. I ended up playing on it, lifting, running on it. Pain was crazy but I thought I was over reacting because that's what coaches told me and same with the trainer. I continued to deal with the discomfort. But one day I just snapped and went to the doctor. After MRI's and the doctor feeling around he told me I tore my knee to shreds, I'm now 2 months out of surgery and still mad that I waited 7 months to get it check out. If you feel uncomfortable to play on your knee or anything go to the doctor, trainers aren't real doctors and can't diagnose you with out it being pretty obvious.
Sam higgs, I think I tore my ACL too but I don't have any pain? Is that possible with an ACL injury? I've injured it in the past and I remember feeling pain but I don't know if you have to feel pain in order for it to be there. I think I have ACL damage because my knee buckles BAD and when it does there's a very quick but sharp pain in my knee. Not stable at all. Were you able to fully straighten or bend your leg when you had it?
EdEdd&Eddy well when they made me continue playing on it there would be days where I didn’t feel the pain. I recommend going to the doctor, I believe that’s the smartest way to go. I couldn’t bend it too far back without feeling some pain. I also hyper extended my knee so it hurt to straighten.
I have torn my acl last year and I Waited for one year trying to make stronger by going to the gym for spinning classes swimming and lifting weight it was still very painful until I decided this to go for surgery ,now I'm at home recovering.i wish I have done surgery sooner.
I some how ended up tearing both acls in the same day. I was a goalie in a hockey game and the other team ended up falling on top of me on both sides keeping my ankles in one place but my knees twisting the other direction. I don't remember a pop but I remember a lot of scared faces and my teams med rushing out and telling me not to move. I remember complaining about my left one and that I couldn't get up. I got up and finished the game for the soul purpose of it was only 5 mins but fast forward a couple months of me going to pyshio for my ankle (a different hockey injury) and my doc seeing that if I jumped and landed on my left knee it would pop and I couldn't land it as stable as I could my right and it would pop and crack every time I bent it. He also found that the swelling from months ago that I always just thought were my knees never came down and I was taking Motrin like my life depended on it. I was sent for an MRI and it was figured out that on my left knee I tore my ACL and my PCL and I had a Partial ACL tear on my right and they didn't know if it was always partial or if it healed over time. Moral of this story is that sometimes things can happen quickly and you have to get it checked out before it gets worse, even if you think it's nothing. I was extremely close to getting surgery on both my knees at the age of 15 just because I stubbornly wanted to finish a hockey game and I was too stubborn to tell anyone that my body was constantly aching. That's for listening to my red talk
Yeah I was 17 and my parents would say "its just growing pains stop exaggerating" "you would be in extreme intolerable pain if it was an ACL" yeah because you've torn it. Regardless after I turned 18 2 months later I went to a doctor and he confirmed that it was an ACL.
We’re all here to hope we don’t have an ACL tear

definetly heard the loud pop. then continued to try and run up and down the court, eventually needing to lay down before I passed out from the pain.
Sending healing energy for you 😊 💛
I'm enjoying the low-key way these two riff off each other.
Torn mine but Im able to do every thing fine
@maddy m If you do have the same injury and you get surgery, Make sure you do your exercises and stretch your leg. It was very painful and my leg would get stiff. It made it worst since i didn't start my exercises right away. It will probably take a little while before you will be back to 100%. This is all if you have the same injury. It helped me to straighten my leg when I had physical therapy and we tried to push my exercises. It hurt but felt better after the sessions.
I can pop my knee any time.
I can even make a song from it.
Damnit!
I MAKE BEAT USING MAY KNEE
Omg my knee always do it he Is so naughty 😌😂
@@Mr_unknown07 I have finally found other people that can crack their knees at will
me too
I tore my right knee acl almost 5 years ago, then got it repaired almost 3 years ago (waited almost 2 years to get it repair cause started a new job and university).

I think I tore my ACL last year while playing soccer.
I haven't done an MRI but it feels better now by resting it and taking ibuprofen.
How long u rest for
I did both these tests at home and there was no movement in my knee, it felt relatively stable. However, I decided to go for an MRI scan anyway, and it revealed that I had completely torn my ACL as well as a tear in my meniscus.
did your orthepedist order the mri, and did he suspect one before?
Question: Did you have that telltale pop sensation and sound other people keep talking about? Just wondering, because I just injured it tonight but didn't experience a pop/crack. But I had immediate discomfort and for a few minutes it was tough to put weight on the knee.
manc000 - if there was no movement at al you know there is something wrong 😂

At practice a few weeks ago my foot was planted but my knee turned inside, there was a pop. Instantly there was swelling and I couldn't straighten it or put much weight on it, after a few days I went to the doctor, they were afraid that it was my meniscus or my ACL but thankfully it was due to my patella shifting causing Patellar Subluxation, I sadly have to wear a knee brace for a while but it's better than my ACL
Ur doctors done MRI?
I torn my left ACL and my right MCL plus tore both while playing football in my freshman year of last year.

How are you now?
My parents say its just growing pains but ive looked everywhere(probably shouldnt of) and everything that came up was Acl Injury. I have lots of trouble walking, fear of dislocation, my joint is weak, my knee clicks really loud and its painful. I know thats bot normal could it be acl?
clicking is not normal! you need to see a professional!

I believed in my parents who is an Engineer and IT Auditor..I end up delaying my surgery for 8 months...
Thank you Bob and Brad!

Did you tear it again?
You may qualify for govt assistance as a student. Don’t want to play around too much with your health
I’m right in the same boat with you… I don’t have health insurance either because I cannot afford it and the job I work doesn’t provide for it either. However I am a current student and may check out the acceptance criteria for what the qualification criteria is.
the best thing that I've heard of for knees is the Knees over toes guy. He has videos on RUclips
Should I hold off on the surgery if I stop playing sports and experiencing no pain or other symptoms?
you should probably not be asking random people on youtube
yeah you should probably go back to the doctor

Thanks

+Sweet Pea I am going through same problem. took medicine from ortho, feel relief for 10 days or so now paining again...
***** No he didn't do an MRI. He told me to continue my exercises and if it gets worse and doesn't get any better then I have to have surgery
Same thing, my knee popped loudly originally
Is there pain behind the knee with an ACL injury? I have the unstable feeling and it is the worst pain if even the slightest amount of pressure is put on it. I was given a leg immobilizer and crutches and have an Ortho appointment next week.
Start exercising if u got surgery
Just curious to know the ACL, problem signs, 😬
Oh you’ll feel it when you tear it trust me.
Stephanie Pynes I know what you mean about the pain...saw a flash of white light when I tore mine.

How are you now?
I have first 2 symptoms , and also can't fold my knee fully. What it will be?

snail the patriotic seagull get checked out by a doctor
snail the patriotic seagull I have the same problem for a week. What ended up being your knee problem and how did you fix it
Okay, it looks like my symptoms are closely related to that, but there are some other specific things that I notice.
Hope u get ok , What was the issue?
What caused your knee pain? Was it ever diagnosed?

What kind of doctor, a physical therapist?
Tor my acl while playing chapter the flag at school and fell one top of my knee
What happened to your knee since you made this comment? Did you ever get surgery?
Sam Higgs dang how's your recovery going?
C.J Jones gonna start light jogging in about 3 weeks. Doctor says I'm ahead of schedule, so all is good currently
hanselxy currently yes. I’ve been able to Jog, Squat, Power clean, and Deadlift all pretty easily.
I have torn my acl last year and I Waited for one year trying to make stronger by going to the gym for spinning classes swimming and lifting weight it was still very painful until I decided this to go for surgery ,now I'm at home recovering.i wish I have done surgery sooner.
now ok

LAD Fan bro I'm 15 and I tore my acl a week ago and I'm scared for life
