I had to take liquid iron during my pregnancy and mixing it with up with a glass of orange juice made it easier for me to drink it. Plus I think vitamin C helps with iron absorption.

FYI, if you had a camper, you could go to the bathroom in it rather than find a clean place to potty. Of course you still would have to stop at a rest stop. But it is yours. 😉👍. Hi Ellie, I know you have received dozens of headache info. A friend recently revealed she is gluten sensitive. They only found out because she was having severe headaches. Have you been tested for celiac or being gluten resistant? Anyway, loved today's vlog, as usual. Merry Christmas!

When I was 2 years old, I was in the backyard playing in the snow. I saw yellow snow by my swing set, and I can clearly remember thinking "Wow, magic snow!" So, the only logical thing to do was to eat the magic snow. It wasn't magic. It was pee. Some animals pee. I really hope it was some animal's pee. Lessoned learned.
