    Hi Suzanne I purchased your book from Amazon as I love batch cooking unfortunately will have to run my freezers down a bit so I can start cooking your lovely meals , I'm just a recent subscriber to your channel but I love your videos long may they continue Avril.

    I use a potato ricer all the time. The best thing is you don't need to peel the potatoes first. The ricer catches all the peel!

    Stick blender is amazing to make any mash and is easiest way when you have no hand or arm strength

    Absolutely amazing! I’ve especially been struggling with breakfasts, & understanding what’s fine for batch cooking / what will keep in the fridge, so I’ll most certainly give the egg & sausage idea a go. I’m presuming the sausages were low calorie meat ones? Or were they vegetarian ? I’m also roughly following SW & I’ve been successful so far, I enjoy the plan but for me it’s more about just being mindful ! (And cutting back a bit on carbs, definitely a carb addict here haha!)
