- মন্দা দশা ও অনিশ্চিত বাজার পরিস্থিতির কারণে শেয়ার বাজারের বহু বিনিয়োগকারী নগদ টাকা হাতে নিয়ে বসে আছেন, যোগ করলে অংকটি যথেষ্ট বড়। তারা মূলত নিরাপদ দামে দীর্ঘমেয়াদে বিনিয়োগযোগ্য শেয়ারগুলো কেনার অপেক্ষায় আছেন। বহু শেয়ার দীর্ঘমেয়াদী বিনিয়োগের জন্য খুবই আকর্ষণীয় দামে আছে, ফ্লোর প্রাইসে অথবা তার একটু উপরে। অজানা কোন সময়ের জন্য পুঁজি আটকে যাওয়ার ভয় এ শেয়ারগুলোর দাম বাড়তে দিচ্ছে না, বিনিয়োগকারীরা তাদের পুঁজির একটি ছোট অংশ। অন্যদিকে অনেক দুর্বল শেয়ার ফ্লোর প্রাইসের বেশ উপরে কেনাবেচা হচ্ছে।

Still regulator don't have long term comprehensive strategic plan for a sustainable market. They are busy for roadshow abroad where as country people don't have trust upon the market leaders.

Babu bhai why the loan interest is so high? Is it practical according to the profit of the business. Please go for policy advocacy to reduce the interest rate . It is a big constraint for the market.

Mr. Raqibur Rahman didn't develop the professional market. He was busy mainly for personal business rather than sustainable capital market. And still market is quite depends on the wish of dishonest gambler, DSE, DBA, BMBA.
Investors are simply exploited by the merchant banks. Look into the matter and solve it.

ব্যবসায় ভালো করতে হলে english বই, আলোচনা শুনতে হবে। না হলে নতুন চিন্তার সাথে পরিচিত হতে পারবেন না।
ভাইয়া আমার যেটা ধারনা আপনার টেক্নিক্যাল টার্মগুলো বুঝতে সমস্যা হচ্ছে। কারন উনি যে ইংরেজি বলছে তেমন কঠিন ইংরেজি বলছেনা। শেয়ার মার্কেট নিয়ে স্টাডি করেন তাহলে সব বুঝতে পারবেন।
