I began with your first and then second senior classes, moved up to regular classes. I really like your newest senior class July 2022! The balance challenges are great! The specialty classes of spinal mobility, feet and ankles are great to throw in once a week. The barre and ballet classes are a great variety to regular pilates and have the added benefit of NO Rolldowns! Wonderful work, Rachel!

I love this class - it’s perfect for strange thing my upper back, arms and neck as I have been diagnosed with cervical spondylosis. You are really clear and as you don’t talk too much in between exercises I am enjoying doing the same class regularly. If you have any other classes specifically for neck, upper back and arms then please let me know, thank you 🥰
I’ve been recovering from a prolapsed disc in my neck, I’ve lost a lot of strength due to steroid and Botox injections in my back to prevent spasm. These movements have been really gentle but feel correct to gradually ease back into a strengthening program. Thank you for your teaching, I always feel great after I follow this video.

I have been coming to the UK for more than 35 years and I have never experienced it so hot and humid. Yes it has been very hot especially at night very humid too! Just the perfect place of workout for me. Please everyone here in UK keep hydrated and protect your skin. A/C a must now I'm thinking.
I broke my neck last year and I think this may be the best class to help my neck pain. My neck feels flexible and calm. Thank you so much! As a senior, these less "energetic" classes are helpful.
Dear Rachel, thank you for the beautiful workouts. I managed to pull a tendon at the back of my leg recently during an endurance test for my cardiologist! Had to take it easy ever since, but slowly getting back to normal helped very much by your workouts.

They are gentle on our joints, but still build muscle and sometimes challenge our strength. I think that I’m seeing more toned muscles already in only a few weeks of practice with you several times a week. You obviously put a lot of mental and physical effort into your channel.

Why is it that I've only discovered this video now? I was looking for a 30 shoulder/upper back workout to help my "folder shoulder" after extended choral rehearsals. My shoulders and upper back are stiff from holding music. I need to do these exercises at least once a week.
