Another perspective is that some can say “Here we go” in response to someone that is bringing up a topic or issue that can be viewed as problematic for the other person. So the tone and voice inflection can give new meanings to simple phrases. 😊

Bob I think normally when native speakers add OVER and here or there is to emphasize but its kind of the same thing saying OVER HERE /HERE . THERE AND OVER THERE . am I right?

I think when we are about to start doing something, we say, " Here we go."
And when area done doing something, we say, " Here we are."
