Hello sir, I'm a 36 year old woman. I stopped breastfeeding 8 months ago. Since then i was having some itching problem in my right breast.. since 3 months, i noticed 1 lobule in right breast is little bit larger than others. I went and had an ultrasound. It showed benign solid nodule of 6.6 mm x 3.4 mm with the diagnosis of fibroadenoma (BIRIDS II) in the right breast. Doctor prescribed me primosa boost and Evion for 3 months... 1 month gone, but no reduction in size of fibroadenoma yet. After watching your video i came to know that there is no treatment. Yes my breast is painful 1 week before every period.... and the breast is harder because lactation was more in that breast earlier.. I noticed all these changes only after stopping breastfeeding.... No brrast problems before that.... No family history of cancer. Sir, kindly suggest what should I do next..

Hi sir i have fibroadenoma in my left breast it is moveable small in size no pain, have regular periods no any other symptoms i had done surgery five years back but again it comes with same size now no breast cancer history in the family though. What will be the solution sir?

Got extremely worried as surgeons told me that at the age of 48 it didn't happen n can be very risky. my surgeon recommended me to go for immediate surgery. My excision biopsy is all clear, but duct actasia n fibroadenosis was diagnosed. Doctor advised me to take vitamin E. What treatment or prevention i should carry out .
