Recently bought a 1k 60 tx Pro White from SGT without having any opportunity to try different premium shafts in a fitting process. Having come from an original stiff Hrzdus yellow which worked well for me (very high launch and low spin), I opted to take a gamble on a tx pro white knowing it had a bit of feel to it after watching/ reading a few reviews. Very happy this far, finding I am still getting high launch and low spin. Even my bad swings still getting acceptable non punishing results. Love seeing this shaft get some reviews and comparisons as there isn’t much content available compared to ventus etc. Keep up the great work! 😁
tensei is more for someone who has a smoother tempo. I had to tip 1 inch because it was so whippy. because of that it was hard to hit it in the center consistently. ventus feels more boardy and even through out the shaft, whereas tensei feels more kicky and lively. if you are like john rahm or sergio swing type, ventus is the way to go. quick transition and jerky swing. but if you have smooth swing like tiger, tensei is better
Great review. My favorite stop for shaft reviews. Your the best. Gamed ventus black for a while. Got fitted for g430 with stock black shaft. Was quiet surprised.
Another great video Greg. I’m thinking of putting either Ventus Black 6S or Blue 6S in my G430 LST to replace my Kai’Li 60 S. So this was pretty informative as the Black looked like it was working well for you.
@@wardman7655 my gamer changes most weeks so I never really settle on anything. The shafts need to combine with the heads. Some of my favorites are the original Ventus red, 2024 Ventus blue, TR Blue and 1K Blue. If I had to choose one, I’d say TR blue would be my favorite.

I’m glad you are enjoying the Tensei Ryan. 😃

The Ventus black definitely goes well in some heads for me. I find the Kaili blue to be a little soft, but don’t mind the white.
Can you test the Ventus Black against Tensi Black?
You can’t be referring to the “Maccas straw” Tensei Black 😂
Curiously - what is the best shaft you've tested with your gamer (I'd assume you are playing it) today? Thx!

Greg, off topic, are you able to test out the new Fujikura Axiom iron shafts?
I’ll be doing the review shortly. Thanks for asking.
Every time you have a heavier swing weight it’s mashed potatoes!
It’s fine in the sim, but not great on the course. I prefer about D3.
