Love my 50R TR, previously used a Tensei Orange pro
Hey Jack, I’d love to see what Mark Crossfield thinks of this video 😅
TM have the stock Ventus and the Velocore as an upgrade. The interesting thing is TM tip the upgraded velocore. I assume the stiffer tip gives more control for better dispersion..
Its tempting to tip the stock Ventus and then do an apples for apples comparison..
Great video. Love getting into the tech and spec differences. Comparing 2 shafts, same model, just different stiffness. Is 1 flex and 0.5* tq a big difference? I'm deciding between the Tensei AV Blue 65 in either R or S. S is 3.9* tq and R is 4.4* tq. My swing speed is low to mid 90's. I couldn't find any info on the cpm, butt, mid, tip #'s.
Stay tuned we will be doing a lot more shaft reviews and have some pretty cool tech being release alter this year.
So… if you have an oem blue S… you should take (almost) a Velocore Red R ?😮
The non velocore in the stiff looks very similar.
Seems odd. 225 cpm @ 45.5" is typically considered "R", where 245 cpm is stiff
I have an oban limited tour blue 50 s. $450 shaft and I hit a nothing special stiff 60 aldila tour black 95msi so much better.
