I also found that coloured pencils work very well as highlighters, they do not blue through the pages and look very neat and have a much wider range of colours.❤

When using the lace washi tape and putting paper in the back to prevent sticking I found that parchment paper works very well instead of regular paper. I love my prayer Bible. ❤️🙏

Jessica, I know this is gonna sound silly, but I’m planning on sewing very small buttons on my tabs, just for embellishment, that’s all. I just thought it would be really cute to identify a theme.💕
That's amazing. I would love to see it. As am visually challenged right now as I struggle with readers & magnifying glass after retinal after surgery. I've been using colored pencils & crayons as don't have non smeary markers.

I just want to share that I had 3 different colored tabs to use for a theme of 12 verses so I drew a heart on each tab so I could use the heart for Made in God’s Image. Then I labeled the page and put a tiny heart by the words I wrote. I’m sharing my prayer Bible next week with a friend. The prayer Bible has absolutely changed my prayer life. Thank you for your videos and your ideas using the washi tape. ❤ 😊
I found it helpful if can link the highlighter that you use with the tab so for example, in my prayer Bible I have highlighted The prayers that I pray over my family with a pink flowery tab and I have highlighted the verses in pink. I have also created a key page at the front of the Bible I have a small punch which punches out crosses. So I have punched out across in the same pink flowery paper as the tab and written the family next to it. That way I know whenever I come to a pink flowery tab in the Bible, it refers to a family prayer. I have done this for each of the subjects. For example faith is blue, but I have used the Washie tape to edge the pages. Highlighted sections in blue, the Washie tape is also blue with a pattern. I am right at the beginning of my prayer Bible process but I am enjoying it so much thank you for all your input and hard work 🙏🏻❤️
