I'm not a woman, but I like this video. This is a good idea to help people be intentional about their daily prayer time. I keep a prayer journal/notebook on my kitchen table. Prayer needs to be a routine part of our daily life.

I ordered the pink rose compact Bible, but the font was way too tiny for me to use. So I am using another Bible I already had which is a personal size, and using the same method! I am busy putting in all my tabs after spending time and prayer choosing my scriptures. I am SO excited!!! My husband saw me putting the Bible together and asked what I am doing. I told him I have been " forging a weapon!!" 🤣🤣😂😂

I’m 72, and have known the Lord and began studying His Word since I was 19. I have been praying scripture for quite a while, however, I have to tell you, this idea is so unique & awesome-I can’t wait to put it all together. there's organization of people who get together to stalk and harass individuals all day. I'm one of those individuals. This stalking and harassing has been going on for years. At this point in my life, theyre so desperate for any reaction the moment i get out of bed they start bombarding me with covert/passive-aggressive harassment tactics. For example, the moment i get out of bed they'll start causing the fridge(yes the fridge) to make these tapping/clicking noises. And whenever i finally eat, the fridge would stop making those noises. They'll remotely taunt me in this manner for hours. Along with tenants illegally watching me to know when i'm done doing something to slam car door, or resort to some type of vehicle noise instantly after. The more i ignore their obnoxious behaviors the more noticeable they get. I mean you sense this desperation from these demonic narcissist trying harder to provoke any negative reaction. They literally use numerous different strangers to poke at me constantly. If you're a targeted individual you'll truly relate. I, too, am older and a seasoned daughter of The Most High, and I love this! I have many praying tools to help prepare a themed Scripture list. To have a bible prepared/organized like this is a huge benefit!! Can't wait to order supplies! (Tabs, washi tape, etc. )❤✝️

Just a suggestion for highlighting not to bleed maybe use colored pencils to highlight the verses no bleeding and even color coordinated with the tabs ❤️

I love this I am 57 been saved since 1991 and have not grown much I wasn't raised in Church and get confused and sidetracked this group is heaven sent I pray that I can grow I so desire this God Bless I am excited
I have been praying for God to guide me to where I am deeper in His word and walking closer with Him. I found your video on praying with your Bible this morning and I could have cried after watching it! Thank you for sharing this! This is one of the things I feel will help me with my walk with God! Your last video inspired me to create a modified version of this by grabbing a tiny sketchbook and adding bible verses on each topic, seperated with scrapbook paper as dividers. You could use a mini notepad, bojo ect... as well . I just like the freedom to decorate each verse, be more focused , have a larger font and they were only about $1-$3. My sister made one too. Mine has 7 topics so far. We did it this way cause it was cheaper (small bibles average $40-$50 where i live ) and less bulky. Thank you soo much for this, it makes a huge difference.

Thank you for this video! I have been severely depressed since 2019. My Bible reading had become non-existent. It hasn’t been a full week, but everyday since I started working in my Bible, I have become more alive (I had started sleeping too much and withdrawing from life). I just cried tears of joy because I feel like myself and connected with the Lord for the first time since losing my Dad in 2019. I am praying for others with my prayer Bible multiple times a day. I can’t thank you enough!

Your video popping up in my feed is a God thing! I have felt SO stagnant in my prayer life for awhile. I homeschool our 8 kids, we have livestock to care for, Im a firefighter, I am running kids to extra curricular activities all week, life can get crazy! Everytime I have a second to pray, my mind is so jumbled I dont even know where to start. THIS could easily be an answer to prayer for me. I need help to focus on my prayers. God Bless and thank you for this video!
Why not use your “feed the livestock” time as prayer time. IDK how you feed your animals but In The Beginning God wanted us to subdue the earth and rule over the animals. When you’re feeding your herd of goats (if you have goats) thank God for those kids and your little herd of 8 kids. Thank him for his provision in helping you care for those blessings. If you see an eagle soar across the sky, thank God that in Isaiah his word says that as you wait on him he will renew your strength and you’ll mount up with wings as an eagle. If you are gathering eggs (or however you do it) pray for Jerusalem’s peace “Jerusalem, Jerusalem, how I have longed to gather you up as a mother hen gathers her chicks…” it doesn’t specifically say peace but pray for the Jews that there will be a great hunger to know their Messiah and then you can tag on a few words about peace. If you also harvest crops pray Genesis 1:28.
Few ideas to get you started. You don’t have to sit in a chair, fold your hands and close your eyes. God knows how our lives are. Sometimes doing something monotonous like mucking out a horses stall, feeding the animals (since IDK your situation I’m just throwing ideas out), whatever you can do that doesn’t take a lot of brain power you can use the time and even the chore to give you ideas! Dear Jessica!!! I am SO EXCITED and grateful to you for this wonderful idea!! I just bought a small Bible for myself, and need to go to Hobby Lobby/Amazon for other supplies! However, I just want to tell you that the Lord has literally answered prayers through this already for two reasons, and I bet more to come!
🌸 My best friend of 45 years is suffering through cancer treatment, and it’s just about impossible to find a way to celebrate her upcoming birthday. She cannot go out for lunch (that was our tradition), and gift giving has been a challenge. I’m planning on choosing 3-5 themes to get her started (healing, attributes, trust, etc.) I’ll choose a Bible that she would like and match the tabs to her taste!! ❤️❤️❤️
🌸 Next Summer, my daughter and three children will be moving with their Lieutenant Navy Chaplain husband/father. They will be stationed in Pearl Harbor, and my son-in-love will be deployed on a ship for 6-9 months. I’m going to put together a prayer Bible for my daughter, filled with several pertinent themes (protection, provision, parenting, friendship, etc.) 💕

OMGoodness I have never heard of this before... Definitely the first video that has ever been made regarding this topic on youtube... And honestly I have to say this is genius... Like you I have tried everything from prayer journals to just pulling out my Bible to find the best verse to pray over... Nothing worked for me prayer journals became very lengthy... And just finding the right verse for a friend at the moment took too long to locate... I can't wait to do this because in my opinion I feel that this prayer bible not only will help me with my prayer life, it will help with Bible verse memorization which I tend to have trouble with... Figured if I pray over those verses long enough I will get those verses down and memorized... Just ordered that beautiful pink bible... Super excited...

I trust in God and keep faith even as I struggle to take care of my children and myself. As a single mother things are so hard on me. Both of my sons are autistic I’m overwhelmed. God please hear my prayers. Father God I’m so tired of constantly struggling to buy groceries and constantly struggling to pay rent. I’m so ashamed and overwhelmed so please be kind. But I choose to have faith over fear as christians that’s all we can do. No matter your struggle, we can turn to God. He knows us personally and can give us strength to overcome our challenges. Faith that God will change my situation.

The zippered NLT had printing too small so I will give that away at church after I insert some pretty papers and tab it out. I have to think about what to put in the front though. I didn’t think of that beforehand. Anyway, I come into agreement and rebuke all devils assigned or attached to you in Jesus name, and cast them away. If you are planning to give away the NLT pray about it first. If you just go up to someone and give it with the tabs and everything, they may already have their own method of praying. If I gave that to my friend she would probably accept it but I doubt she’d use it. She keeps a spiral bound notebook like kids use for school homework.

I am making one for myself, and it dawned on me at the end of your video, to make one for my son strictly on anxiety, and if he likes it he can carry on his own themes afterwards. What a gift. I also want to do ones for my grandchildren. Maybe one theme for each child, and they can carry on the other themes that are important to them.✝️❤️
I have a compact pink bible that is falling apart. I was going to retire it. Now, I'm going to sew a pretty cover for it and make it my prayer Bible. Thank you so much for sharing. I have such a hard time staying focused during my prayers and I feel like God just rolls his eyes at me constantly. I cut tabs in half so I would have enough and it saves space. I also labeled tabs to find things faster. On a healing tab I put CROSS so I know that tab is scripture talking about what Jesus did on the cross.
I find myself reaching for my “sword” often!!!

I love this! I started making one after I saw your last video. I think I was putting too much pressure on myself to add every relevant verse, love the reminder that we can choose a few only. I am using washi tape for my tabs, though, so don't have as much danger of running out!
