- Owl City's "Enchanted" is a response to Taylor Swift's version of the song that she wrote about Adam, this reply explains how he feels "enchanted to meet her to"!

This is the letter that he wrote to Taylor:
Dearest Taylor,
I'll be the first to admit I'm a rather shy boy and since music is the most eloquent form of communication I can muster, I decided to record something for you - as sort of a "reply" to the breathtaking song on your current record. This is what I wanted so badly to tell you in person but could never quite put into words:
Everything about you is beautiful. You're an immensely charming girl with a wonderful heart and more grace and elegance than I know how to describe. You are a true princess from a dreamy fairy tale; a modern Cinderella. I'm terribly sorry it's taken me such a long time to reply but I figured Valentine's Day was the perfect time to write this note to you and simply say... I was enchanted to meet you too.

@@wahh8666 Yes, in 2009 Taylor was a big fan of Owl City, on Twitter she once wrote to him that she would like to be at their show in the front row like a "super fan".
The following year she went to Adam's show, she met him in person that night that she talks about in the song and in the following months they exchanged emails, but for some reason (I think it was her relationship with Jake, they stopped talking to each other) , Adam already told you about this, he really wanted her voice on a song he wrote. And I would love to hear a feat from both of them.

Second, Taylor doesn't know what she missed. Adam Young could do a lot better now though. :/ Before, it would have been nice, but Taylor has become too flamboyant if not a little brash. Adam hasn't changed his character due to popularity, which says a LOT for him as a person. Usually when people get money and popularity they change...
