For me I've noticed people who blip like this are always mentally faster in reflex.. Watch people who blip like this chasing.. It's like their pouncing when going off the brakes is immediate with no hesitation.. Everything they just do is so fast.... Now as for your question watch 1:31 you'll see him do that same corner 3 times.. He first does his blip and next lap Tsuchiyas... To. Me it's best someone learns them all so that they can instinctively switch between them 😉
By bliping the throttle like that ur playing with the diff lock aswell, get the wheels to lock when they spin faster, when rpm comes down a bit the wheel unlock a bit, that creates a lots of trackion, still keeping the car in a drift but also getting that speed for those fast entryes we and specially Japanise drifters or drift fans love to see 👍
Ive always thought it was just another way to control angle with throttle in low power vehicles. Tires mu charts look like a shallow hill untill they drop off dramatically so blipping is just another way to quickly go from grip to slip all within a second. Also it sounds bad ass! 😍 People like Nakamura have the skill to keep a car at the peak of its grip teetering on the edge of slip all day long so im sure its just for show.
Yesss.. Mathew Steele has a good video on all these techniques and the names they have been given in Japan and speaks about setups used to accomplish them
I want this audio to play at my funeral, absolute symphony.
Yo throttle blips are life. Drifting without it just doesn't sound good to my ears anymore lol.
😂 😂 I remember when I started struggling to watch other drivers because of that
i have seen a lot of things in my life, but i never seen a man drifting in croc... seems like the clothes do not make the man! Im very impressed...
ppl who master at throttle blip don’t need abs at all .. because they can just blip their brake pedals😂
is this faster than a gradual control of the throttle like keiichi? He seems to keep the revs wherever tf he wants without bliping the throttle.
