Love your at home kitchen, restaurant and "take us along with you" videos. Great job in general, guys! As an aside, it's nice for people to see us Muslims that are essentially born and raised in North America (2nd, 3rd generation), and how culture and religion are two completely compatible yet totally different things. I'm 100% Canadian/American culturally and 100% practicing Muslim. The post-assimilation generations. Jay, Seattle/Vancouver

I have Been making grape leaves in stove presto pressure cooker for 50 years, now use Instant Pot or any electric pressure cooker, I learned this method from an older Syrian American woman who has passed, I learned to make Syrian braided cheese made using the microwave by another older woman who has passed away, thanks to them both and others no longer with us for teaching us the more modern methods that they even being older tested and tried and passed on to us so our families and children will also enjoy these wonderful foods. By the way I’m not Arabic just an old country girl from Tennessee, who married my husband as a teenager and like to remind him that he never missed a meal from his mom’s table to ours the next day. Love the cooking shows that all of you on RUclips post, helps keep the healthy cultural traditional foods on our tables.

I make my grape leaves the same way but usually like to let it soak for 10/15 minutes then strain the whole mixture before stuffing the grape leaves then stuff, then use the dripping to cook them if you want to try that.
