What are the shawarma spices?
1/4 cup ground black pepper
1/4 cup ground allspice
1/4 cup garlic powder
2 tablespoons ground cloves
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons ground nutmeg
2 tablespoons ground cardamom
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoons dried oregano
1 tablespoon salt
Combine it all together, and there you have a shawarma spice ...
Btw I found this mix from Little Mix Jar, on the internet.

Beanie is an American word; us Canadians say toque! I used to do tortillas with shawarma all the time until i found out I could buy saj/markouk bread at arabic stores. Its so good, try it!
Im going to try and make the shawarma. You actually eat like us (Mexicans), use the tortilla to pick up the food and into our mouths 😋.
