John Hamblin (died 2022, aged 87, R.I.P) was the best presenter, he always went off script & had a laugh doing it. He was best paired with Benita ❤. There's an old bloopers reel circulating YT somewhere, where John accidentally drops his smokes out of his top pocket & ripped up a few 🤬. Crew couldn't stop laughing
I watched playschool as a kid as did my kids and now my grandkids, John Hamblin was my favourite Playschool host, This was gold from Margaret. Missed that episode where they made the bong though.
I loved watching play school with by baby sister who was 10 years younger. She never understood why we both laughed a lot but never at the same time. The number of times I saw the oh shit that's a sex joke face was priceless
