Thank You entire Team for getting such Humble, Knowledgeable Guest on the show, who whole heartedly shared the knowledge, information related to restaurant business with ease. Which was also easy to understand for common audience like Me who have zero knowledge related to this industry. The challenges faced by the Restaurant business/industry and how one can overcome those challenges.
Such a Humbel/down to earth Guest.
Thank You Once Again to Entire Team for Wonderful Podcast🙏👍🙏

This is the thing I dislike. What I have to do with a person building 1000 crore business. I just want to grow my father's business which is maybe worth in lakhs. The information I will get from a 1000 crore guy is not valuable to me being practical. But I guess his audience is mostly employees who just living in a fantasy world where they think they are building a 1000 crore business.

    • @daksharanderia
      @daksharanderia 5 часов назад

@@j12325 Agree that should also get guest who are running business in lakhs turnover.
But how came to conclusions that those watching this podcast and appreciating it are dreaming/fantasing of setting 1000 crore business ?
Not everyone watching is set for 1000 crore business, not ambitious, no dreamer but saw His podcast and got gist of how, what, when, challenges, setback one faces in setting restaurant or food business.
There is nothing wrong in knowing good information, is it ?
And appreciating or giving positive feedback has no negative impact.

Personally in my case, it's been a while since I watched your podcasts. I've always been a huge fan of your content, you've been my most favorite but the quality of guests you've been bringing of late has been failing to catch my attention. Most of the recent podcasts either feel like they are paid or just juicy but not informative. Maybe the drop in your viewership explains I'm not alone in thinking so. However, this particular one feels like it brought back the Raj I've known. So so engaging and the level of detailing is brilliant. A masterclass in itself it is and what as usual stood out for me is your inquisitiveness to learn more and exchange knowledge. People would watch a movie for this long but not many would watch a podcast in the same time. But, if so many people got hooked to this one, it's because of the ease of understanding and relatability. Keep it up and please keep getting guests of this kind!

"Biryani By Kilo" podcast is the best, offering a lot of business insights. My one suggestion is to bring in skilled professionals like photographers, media personnel, video editors, wedding photographers, and podcasters. Involving more skill-based individuals would enhance the effort. Otherwise, it was a great effort.

You forgot to ask the crucial question: does the cook prepare veg food in separate utensils? In most restaurants, the same utensils are used without being washed before cooking veg food. Considering he was discussing high-quality ingredients and hygienic food, this detail was particularly important to clarify.

Biryani was first made in mughal court, presented to mughal queen by a bunch of people in the Royal kitchen.
In fact in Iran there is no dish called Biryani. Iranians eat Mandi and kabsa dishes. We can say biryani may be inspired from these dishes but trust me Our Indian Biryani is the ultimate dish. Mandi and kasba is not close to the blended masala of biryani.
Today I am going to share a secret about Biryani which many people don't know,
Biryani is truly a Darbari dish, because when you make biryani in more quantity it tastes very good and it gets better.
For eg. If same person makes biryani for 10 persons and makes for 500 peoples then the taste of biryani which comes from larger quantity is way more better and tastes ultimate. Good quality Rice is must for good taste. That's why people prefer to eat it in marriages or in big hotels where it is made in huge quantities. People also complain self about why we cant able to make this much good taste while making in home. The reason already told. It's a Darbari dish tastes better when made in huge quantity.
Mughals use to cook it for the large quantity for all the Darbari fellows, they know it tastes better when made in large quantity.
Biryani is truly a Royal and Darbari dish of India.
There are lots of varieties of biryani, more than 15 I know. Each is different from other.
If you are vegetarian no need to worry, you can make mushroom biryani, paneer biryani, vegetable biryani,
For non veg eaters, you can try famous mutton biryani, chicken biryani, fish biryani, prawn biryani, beef biryani, deer biryani, etc.,
Try famous Truly Royal and Darbari dish of India, Biryani no Matter you are veg or non veg. Enjoy this dish. 🥰🥰

A question of faith and belief: As the owner said that it's very important to maintain consistency by taking every ingredient, paneer, chicken etc in the right quantity and quality so there must be a lot of managers who take care of these things but don't the competitors try to influence these people and change the recipes and quantity of ingredients which would severely lead to inconsistency.
How do they take care of this?

Biryani is made from rice. Rice DOES NOT even grow in original Mughal homeland.
The word Biryani is NOT Arabic, Persian or Turkic. It originally comes from a Sanskrit word borrowed by Persian.

From my perspectives i think one thing you did wrong, is you got lil bit personal or i would say some kind of cheap/immature question to big man. Rest is too good you nailed it😮😮😮!!

I would've watched till the end if the host was more humble and appreciative towards the guest. The way he ask questions i don't like. Even the expressions.... so damn. It's like watching a shark tank and the guest is the pitcher 😅.
Just ask his experience and relatable to audience questions.

One of the best thing aboit Raj as a host is that he doesn't get satisfied with the answer very easily and unearths more insight or get it explained in more detail. Koi batein ghuma ke Shamani bhai ka kaat nahi sakta 😂. This is your differentiation..keep ot up 👍
