It really sucks to see how DC has treated Tim Drake over the past few years. Ever since the New 52 DC has just been relentlessly shitting on him, I don’t understand why they seem to hate him so much when he’s the definitive Robin. Just about everything that people like about Robin came from Tim Drake and he deserves more respect.

When it comes to the best character who had the mantle of Robin, Dick in my opinion is the best. From being the boy wonder to taking his own stride as Nightwing and the becoming THE fucking batman for a time, definitely has the most interesting story and history to back it up. But I think Tim is the best Robin by far in terms of what he did while wearing the cape.
The reason Tim is important is because modern Robin literally stems from him. Two of the first three clips you showed for Dick came from Tim's characteristics: the red and black suit in Young Justice and the Bo staff in Titans. All the cool stuff that Dick gets nowadays was stolen from Tim :(

Titans made him scarecrow's attack dog because the writers decided to give him ptsd and make him a junkie and scarecrow's basically his dealer. He told scarecrow batman's identity to get a fix while he was still robin. Also his motivation for becoming red hood made no sense because the writers made batman kill joker the same week as Jason's death, then run away to a castle and try to kill himself

Plus she did get screwed over by editorial, which is a big part in her being so unknown. (She was banned from appearing in anything for multiple years!, even referencing her wasn't allowed f*ck DiDio)
