Super helpful video! New subscriber! Trying to implement this. What is the image that shows on the parent listing if the child listing shows the variations with color and size? Thanks so much!

Are all 900 Printify products available to customize via Hello Custom? If not, which ones can integrate for customization with Hello Custom?

Hi Hannah and Stephen! Just checking in on these questions again. Are all 900 Printify products available to customize via Hello Custom? If not, which ones can integrate for customization with Hello Custom? Thx!

To change the parent image on Amazon (for an existing product listing with variations), follow these steps:
Log into Seller Central: Go to your Amazon Seller Central account.
Access Your Inventory: Navigate to the Inventory tab and select Manage Inventory.
Find the Parent Listing: Search for the product listing you want to update using the ASIN, SKU, or product title.
Look for the parent listing, which typically controls the variation (child) listings.
Edit the Listing: Click the Edit button next to the parent listing to open the product editing page.
Update the Parent Image: Navigate to the Images tab within the listing editor.
Upload the new image for the parent listing in the designated image slots (usually the main image is the first one).
      Submit the Changes:
After uploading the new image, scroll down and click the Save and Finish button to submit your changes.
Wait for Amazon to Process the Changes:
It might take up to 24 hours for the changes to reflect on the product detail page.
Note that sometimes, Amazon requires specific image guidelines to be followed, such as image resolution and white backgrounds for the main product image. If the changes do not appear after 24 hours, try contacting Amazon Seller Support for assistance.

@@EcomHannah thanks a lot, but How do I find the parent listing? Is under the image tab or variations? Thanks a lot

Hi. Bev here. Thank you BOTH SO MUCH! I created an Amazon seller Central account and integrated it with Printify and HC. 🎉 After creating a listing (s) The whole thing with the delayed updates on Amazon really threw me for a loop. I spent SO much time "trouble shooting" because as a first time Amazon seller, I assumed I was doing something wrong. OK. Here is my question. I have 3 new listings on Amazon. I was able to get the first one to display a a customizable listing, at first... Then, I made a change and now it is not customizable. Plus, all three of my listings (after making back end changes) now say unavailable on the front end. It has been 24 hours. Did I break Amazon? 🥴 I do not even know how to "get" help as the youtube videos for creating Amazon listings are for FMA & FBM. Help. Please.

Hej guys!! Love you both but please please use your power to convince printify to add boxes with the ornaments!!! We are getting close to the xmas season and we cannot compete with ornament from printify if they dont offer anykind od box. This featuture is offered by a lot if other sellers that dot'n use printify

Hi Bev! You're definitely not alone...Amazon's system can be tricky, especially when you're just starting out. It sounds like a combination of the delayed updates and some backend changes may have caused your listings to temporarily show as unavailable, which can be super frustrating, but don’t worry - you haven’t broken Amazon! 😅
      Here’s what I’d suggest:
Customizable Listing Issue: Sometimes, if you make changes to a listing (like updating the product or attributes), it can affect the customization settings. Go back into Seller Central, find your listing, and double-check that the customization options are still enabled in the Manage Inventory section under the Edit menu. Make sure all fields for customization are filled out correctly.
Listings Showing Unavailable: If listings say "unavailable," it could be due to inventory settings or fulfillment options. Since you’re integrating with Printify and HC (Print-on-Demand), make sure the inventory is set correctly and there are no stock issues in Printify’s backend.
Another thing to check is the Shipping Settings. Ensure that your shipping template allows customers to order the products, and no settings are blocking it from being sold.
Delayed Updates: Amazon can take up to 48 hours to fully process updates, so you may need a little more time for changes to reflect. If the issue persists after that, try opening a case with Amazon Seller Support to get direct help from their team.
I totally get how overwhelming it can feel at first, but you’re doing great by troubleshooting and asking the right questions. Keep going, and let me know if you need more help! 🙌🎉
