It's not rocket science. If women want equal pay as the men then the womens game needs to generate the same gates, sponsorship and global audience in the form of TV rights as the mens game does.
What is equal pay anyways? What is it judged against as there's a huge disparity actually within the mens game, not just between the sexes. There was a time in the Manchester United dressing room when Brandon Williams was on £800 a week, McTominay was on £10k a week and Martial was on £350k a week, 1st team players playing in the same team at the same time. So that are the women indexing it against?!.

Women’s football has a few good players, but it’s so boring to watch the majority of the time.. the gaffes highlights reel is pretty good tho each season 😂
