- Buying Silvers in Brisbane! 🇦🇺 In a previous video, I shared with you the results of my meetup with an awesome content creator in the community and a staunch supporter of this channel. Following our lunch, I had a little bit of time left before the stores closes for the day. So I made my way to Brisbane Bullion, a bullion store located less than 5 minutes from where Dan and me met. It was my first time visiting. I had visited Ainslie Bullion and I wanted to do the same for this trip. Unfortunately I didn't have time to visit both so Brisbane Bullion was it.
As it turns out, I'm glad that I did. This was an amazing store with many bullion items on offer. These include official bullion from the Queensland Mint. So for this video, I'm gonna share my pickups from Brisbane Bullion, and more specifically Queensland Mint. G'day S2G, great presentation of your visit to Brisbane Bullion, you picked up 2 interesting Queensland Mint generic silver pieces, much like the Australian Bullion Company generic silver Eureka round, it always intrigues me that the Queensland Mint (a private company) portrays the perception that it is a government mint entity producing products akin to the quality of the government owned Royal Australian Mint & Perth Mint, nevertheless 2 great pick ups for your collection, including one for your Silver Struck Guardhouse Box challenge, thanks for sharing another Australian adventure. LOL yes Peter. It’s from you that I learned the Australian Bullion Company is not ABC. Gotta be honest I am not familiar with them or the Queensland Mint, so thanks for sharing the information.
Pretty awesome to score these two silver pieces. I only wanted then as examples to share on video and won’t be stacking more. Have read comemnts that Queensland Mint silvers tend to milkspot so wil be keeping a close eye on these two latest pickups.

Nice Queensland Mint pickups. Now you, I, and Acca, among a few others have that silver round, lol. A lot of bullion stores look so formal in the Asia-Pacific region. Show some more run down ones that have been there forever, haha.
LOL yeah, the stores (especially in Singapore) do exude status and class. But the people who walk in are usually quiet polite and unassuming. Just like many of you guys in the community! 😂
I got your msgs StG. Good to know we have these obscure silver Crowns. Unfortunately from the comments and research I’ve done, it appears Queensland Mint bullion tend to milkspot, which is why that are not as popular.
I will keep an eye on these pieces and do an update at the end of this year. In the meantime, probably not a good idea to pay high premiums for these silvers.

Yeah Wisey, I wasn’t aware too. I usually visit Ainslie. I actually wanted to but my meetup with Dan went on longer than I expected. So by the time we finished, the stores were about to close.
Thankfully Brisbane Bullion was still open when I arrived. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Great experience for my first visit and will definitely visit again. Cheers Wisey and happy stacking ✌🏻😊

Yes yes dleetr! I notice that when I went over to the Brisbane Bullion website. It did appear that the Queensland Mint is closely affiliated with them.
When the staff opened the door, I actually asked if this was Brisbane Bullion or the Queensland Mint. He said it was both LOl 😂 Still it was an awesome visit and the staff wa extremely accommodating. Cheers buddy and thanks for stopping by ✌🏻😊
