Rationale: magtatalsikan daw kasi 'yung mga chenes sa pagitan ng mga ngipin natin pagkatapos mag-floss. Brushing naman 'yung pang-panigurado na wala ng mga chenes at malinis naman 'yung surface ng ngipin.

After watching, I immeadiately messaged my US-based sister to ask her to get em for me. She used strips years ago and said that it causes your teeth to be extra extra sensitive to cold food(and drinks) during and even a few months after use. That means, no cold desserts and no cold thirst quenchers. A little sacrifice for getting those pearly white teeth is worth, I think, but perhaps it would be wise to start after summer time :) I'm excited to try!

Patricia de Mesa I had braces but some of the area around calcified when I was younger (it’s permanent 😭) because I didn’t take care of my teeth. I just got braces again and I hope they don’t calcify (I brush 2-3x a day and floss) but do you think that this will bring my teeth to the color of the calcified parts?
