A day at the beach in Noorwijk. It was a wonderful day. So nice to meet our virtual friends in real life. Actually it was not strange because it was exactly as we speak in our chats. Maya is also as I expected, calm and very adorable. She is a bit smaller when she looks like the photos / videos, but Loulou has the same. And her mom is beautiful. One of the comments I regularly get on RUclips is: Please take another dog for Loulou. Loulou is in daily contact with other dogs, we continue to encourage this. She doesn't like other dogs. Also not of her own size. Certainly no other dachshunds because they are much too wild. She accepts it when dogs are calm but not too close. She doesn't play with dogs either. She is only focused on our family. She wants to play with Romy and Claire in the sea, but the sea was too rough. Someday we hope for healthy puppies from Loulou, that's a dream. Xxx Eveline.
My dachshund Toby does not like other dogs either unless it’s another dachshund. We take him to the dog park almost everyday but he would rather stay home with us. He likes to chase squirrels. He is very affectionate with us.
My wife just said “ok we need to speed up this adoption process!” We love Loulou! We are almost done with our adoption process of our first mini dachshund! Greetings from sunny Southern California! ☀️ 🏖 🐶

Wow had to hold my breath when little Loulu was being tossed under and around in the sea!!!! Maya out ran the waves, Loulu ran into the waves!!!! Then being chased by a puppy my goodness!!! Lol. She is a great little dogl...love her! I don’t agree with breeding for any reason because so so many dogs are abused, neglected, and destroyed every year. It is all caused by over breeding. Don't worry about her not liking other dogs, she likes to be just with the family - my cat was like that, he didn't like other cats. As long as they are loved and happy there's nothing wrong with that.

Think she considers herself more human than canine but these dogs are all very expressive with there emotions and feelings never known dogs like it until I was around this breed but have to say they are my most favourite dogs love how caring she is with other small and baby animals bless her heart!!! 😊👌🏻😘
My question too. I know my vet recommended scrambled eggs when my guys were recovering from an illness. I’d worry their tummy’s wouldn’t handle raw eggs but they can be a bit delicate. Well, one of them, the other will eat anything that fits in her mouth. The third is a picky eater.
LouLou has a big heart, no fear! But she did very well in the ocean, just needed some leg extensions and maybe a float vest. 😁 You were smart to take her out of the water, though; even strong swimmers can get tired in the surf and then get in trouble very quickly. Your husband is doing a good thing to get over his camera shyness and be present more in your videos. Because, out of 1,000 people watching them, probably 999 are good people but maybe one creep. It is good for the dad to be present. The other thing I wanted to tell you is I know a lot about breeding dachshunds and what it takes for a safe pregnancy and healthy litter. When the time comes to breed Loulou, please make sure you use a male who is the same size or smaller. Never larger. Everyone loves Loulou and we want for that little black angel to be safe!

Eveline, I want to tell you two things. I am a grandmother, I will be 70 my next birthday, and I raised two beautiful daughters, now grown. Your husband is doing a good thing to get over his camera shyness and be present more in your videos. Because, out of 1,000 people watching them, probably 999 are good people but maybe one creep. It is good for the dad to be present. The other thing I wanted to tell you is I know a lot about breeding dachshunds and what it takes for a safe pregnancy and healthy litter. When the time comes to breed Loulou, please make sure you use a male who is the same size or smaller. Never larger. Everyone loves Loulou and we want for that little black angel to be safe!
